We signed up with Procore six months ago to use their software, and we were promised we would be up and running in 60 days. It is now six months later and we still can not use their software and they keep trying to bill us. I have asked repeatedly for a phone call with Michelle Cecil, and she has yet to get on a call with me to discuss.

This is not simply about ending the contract , this is about Procore not delivering what was promised.

Thacher tried to charge us for support hours we had already paid for. We have emails to prove it. Thacher never answers calls or emails. Zero support from Thacher.

Hans tried to charge us $60,000 vs $15,000. Bryan had to step in many times to resolve this. I have emails and texts from Bryan to prove it.

Bryans boss had to step in and offer five free hours of support due to these issues with Hans and Bryan.

We are now in month six and we still can not use Procore as it is not set up still by Procore as promised. Tervor helped the most but he was only able to help one hour a week and sometimes one hour every two weeks. We then get pushed over to Nicole who also was very hard to get a hold of, only gave us 45min at a time and often sent us to someone us who never replied.

We then get sent to Christian, who spends 30 minutes of our paid 60-minute call talking about life and personal things vs helping us. All the calls with Christian left us with more questions and never actually resolved what we asked to in the first place.

Procore has failed to deliver what was promised. We have all this documented in emails and texts with the Procore team.

No one from Procre will get on a call to resolve this, they keep charging us and refuse to help us access the software the way it was promised in the contract yet they keep billing us.

We are a small businss minority owned and they are taking advtage of us.

Procore Technologies, a prominent construction management software provider, has materially breached its agreement to deliver a functioning software product due to its failure to successfully integrate with Yardi, a widely-used ERP system in the real estate industry. The integration was a critical component of the contract and was intended to enhance operational efficiency for our company.

Despite assurances and numerous marketing and advertising documentation from Procore regarding the seamless integration capabilities of their platform into Yardi, the implementation process revealed significant deficiencies. It seems that the integration struggles stemmed from incompatibilities between Procore's and Yardi's systems, resulting in persistent synchronization issues that hindered the accurate transfer of data between the two systems. As a result of these issues, the software never went live as it was never able to progress out of the sandbox environment.

Procore's inability to resolve these integration challenges, despite multiple attempts and extensive communication, constitutes a material breach of their contractual obligations. Accordingly, Mission Rock terminated its contract with Procore and sought a full refund of the fees paid, as a remedy provided for in the contract. Procore declined to issue a refund and has not responded to multiple attempts to escalate the matter for resolution.

ProCore still won't resolve the issues, won't communicate, and is purposely delaying any resolution as it continues to cost the customer $500/weekly without being able to use the software as it was sold by their sales team.  Have asked for a full refund now, since they won't resolve or communicate.  responsibility. We voiced our concerns about the integration issues, and would not have purchased QB Desktop connector is Procore would have disclosed the integrations issues. We finally get the invoice management service added, as part of the original contract that was offered by sales team.
3/22/24 Procore implementation team discloses "possible" but unknown integration issues.
3/25/24 - Procore still hasn't answered our concerns about integration and services we purchased. Possible impact to the estimating tool also offered by Procore, which causes estimator additional steps in bidding projects that were not disclosed by Procore.
3/26/24 - Procore states limiting capabilities of the budget tool, on top of the impact it creates breaking out every cost code into labor and material. (see attached document).
Procore refuses to refund the QB Desktop ($2,252.25), with additional $4,743.64 in 11-weeks delayed contract subscription usage. $431.24 more per week this is left unresolved.
