****** in ***** is selling a lot of undeveloped land in ***********. It has a parcel number and no address. SOMEHOW in the process of listing ******************* property he put MY ADDRESS on the mls. When I contacted him initially, I had no idea what was going on. I called him because he was listed on all of the listings as the broker. First of all it took 2 days of phone tag to get the info I needed, thats fine, no big deal. I was grateful. He gave me ******************* information and i got ahold of her. I started asking her questions about the property to figure out why she thought she had a deed of ownership when the courts still show its in my grandmothers name. Has been since 2012.So when miss ****** told me theve owned the property since 2019 i was confused. I asked her to verify the address and thats when we discovered the issue. ******************* somehow in the paperwork screwed things up. Both me and ****** both contacted **** to set this straight. **** called me back and was EXTREMELY rude to me. I told him that this is his fault and he needs to take care of it because im having people show up to my home to buy property that isnt for sale. It is illegal to attempt to sell property that does not belong to you **** told me that he changed the mls listing and that is all he will do. He then proceeded to cuss me out and hang up on me, leaving me to try and have all of these listings on zillow, trulia, redfin, coldwell banker, etc removed. This is ******** for lack of better word. I have never seen a man this incompetent and rude.

The information to list the property was provided by the seller who made an error which when discovered by conversations with the complainor was corrected.The complainor does not understand that I cannot update public sites. I can and did update the ****
