      Visited on 03/11/23 The gym is filthy and multiple amenities are unavailable. The pool is closed indefinitely due to ceiling repairs and blocked with caution tape and 2 stacked plastic tables. The classes are being held on the basketball courts. Occasionally people will not realize it's a class and attempt to play while the class is being led. The wet area is disgusting. While sitting in the hot tub with jets running, brown film formed across the top of the water. The benches in the wet area are so caked with dirt. Several empty plastic water bottles are left behind in the steam room. People with sneakers utilize the sauna within the wet area. In the entire duration of my visit, I did not see any maintenance or cleaning staff. I also didn't encounter anyone at the front desk. The equipment it outdated

      Jacuzzi and swimming pool are not clean. My eyes hurt after using the pool. **************** was bad. They did not tell me my account was auto renewal when I signed up the annual membership. I have not been there for a few months, so I forgot what date I signed up. When I called, it was a few days past one year. They already charged me another $299.99. Of course, they will not let me cancel my membership for this year or prorate it.

      Don't go to that place unless you want to get robbed into your lockers,It happen to me a couple of days ago someone broke the lock and stole money etc from my wallet, reviewing other reviews in other platforms I m not the only victim in THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION...in Mission Hills,**********

      The manager was very rude and not welcoming at all. I tried using a 3 day pass and was bombarded with questions asking where I got it from, where do I live etc. He is the one that is balding and tries to dress nice for his 9-5 minimum wage job. Wouldnt recommend.

      I put a freeze on my account when I deployed. I provided military orders as well. Every. Single. Month. They charged my account. I kept putting freezes on it and they kept charging my account. Since Ive been back, theyve charged me multiple times a month. *** reached out recently to get decembers monthly pull back but havent heard back. ALSO, 4 times now, I have shown up at their opening time (correct, ******** super sport is not a 24 hour gym despite being named 24 hour fitness), and no employees showed up. Just a bunch of us standing around outside waiting 45min-1 hour. Im not asking for them to open back up 24 hours. Simply asking them to be open when they say they will be, especially if Im going to get charged multiple times,

      I got a 3 day pass like the one that is offered directly on their website. I went a second time on the third day and the customer service rep said they aren't letting people in with three day passes. They don't honor their own promotion.

      I made the switch to this location from plant fitness because of the amenities such as the hot tub steam room sauna and pool. For the past 2 months the hot tub has been broken. When the club went back to being open 24 hours they had the steam room going off at ****. I go to the gym very late because during the day this location is really crowded. So because I chooses to go late I dont have access to the steam rooms because they still turn them off at ****. I spoke directly to the manager over a month ago who assured me that would be corrected within a week. Here it is a month later and the problem still has not been rectified. It also concerns me with the cleanliness of the steam room and sauna it is way below par. Prior to Covid they had a cleaning crew that came in and actually cleaned. Now that they have employees cleaning it is not being done properly. You would think that's after a pandemic they would put more thought into the cleanliness of this facility. I pay for service that are never available and work out in conditions that are not sanitary. The staff in the late evenings is cut down to 1 person so there is absolutely no cleaning being done. I pay more for this gym because of the services it is supposed to provide however Im not being provided with theses services.

      The two stars come from the good layout and being decently clean... they lose 3 stars in my book purely because of the staff. If they aren't talking or sitting on their cell phones, they are the rudest people I deal with here in town. If you see them on cell phones and not paying attention, count yourself lucky that you don't have to deal with such rude, childish people! They are in some serious need of customer service skills, and if it's wasn't the only 24 hour in town, they would lose business. I only continue because I've been with 24 for many years...if you're a new membership, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else that you can be treated like a human being.

      I joined 24 hour fitness in May of 2022. A young woman working at 24 hour fitness helped sign me up. Before she signed, me up I asked her if I could use a **** prepaid debit card from netspend. She told me yes. From May 2022 to September 2022 I was charged with my prepaid debit card. I always checked my transaction history, and I was always charged my monthly dues. Before the monthly due date of October, I wanted to update my card info with a new prepaid **** card from netspend. I was told that 24 hour fitness did not accept prepaid debit cards. How strange! I contacted 24 hour fitness customer service about this issue, and after 10 days, I still received no reply. Whenever I sent a message to customer service about other issues, ********************** would respond. For some reason, they chose not to reply when it came to my prepaid debit card. After, I spoke with a manager on the phone about my issue. He told me that it can be tricky when it comes to prepaid debit cards. How tricky can it be if I was able to sign up with a prepaid **** debit card from netspend, and then I decide that I want to use a new **** netspend prepaid card? I do not like being ignored when I have a concern with a business. I believe my concern was relevant and important.

      24 Hour Fitness is charging membership fee for Membership SX77441 for over 2 years for services that were not provided and are not even available in the immediate area. Due to the pandemic the clubs were closed in March of 2020, and the location near my home was never reopened. In October of 2020 I received a notification that they filed for Chapter II bankruptcy. However, they continued to charge the Credit card monthly, and sometimes more (for example, there were 2 charges on 12/11/2020, $32.46 and $44.77. Again 2 charges in November 2021- on 11/08/2021 and 11/10/2021 for $54.11 and $34.09 accordingly). For the period of 4/2020 to 10/2022 all the taken charges added up to $1,126.33. Did multiple attempts, but they do not answer the phone or respond to letters to cancel the membership. I finally was able to talk to someone on 10/14/2022. The membership was cancelled, and when I asked to reimburse the charges for 30 months, ***** stated she can do only 3 courtesy months. I disagree and ask to talk to a manager. I believe the funds were charged unfairly and must be returned in full to where it belongs. She took my phone number and assured that a manager will call me that day. Almost 2 weeks later, no one returned the call. It is unacceptable service. I request that 24 Hour Fitness refund me the full amount of charges since April 2020.Thank you in advance for your help with this matter!
