      Well i only use the pool area so i do not know about the other areas but the pool was not heated it was at least 60 degrees not heated at all, the employees were unaware or didn't care the very least they could do is flip the switches and the steam room is terrible black mold everywhere.

      I have complaints to the club general manager, ***** who is rude and did not willing to listen to members complaints regarding cleanliness of the pool, steam room, sauna and hot tub. The wet area of the pool is very filthy dirty, the steam room smells very bad like dead animal inside. The pool water is cloudy and smell bad with lots of urinate from the kids from the *********************** that they rent out the lane 4-5 times a week with all the parents went inside the pool with no shower before entering the pool. The sauna also smell as bad as the steam room with run down wood bars turn dark and mold everywhere. The hot tub water is also cloudy and mercury color like bad smell. They should have shut down the whole pool area to clean up for a week. The 24 hours fitness at ****************** location is running down so badly with the new management who did not care about members, the cleanliness of the club, the health of the general public concerned. I think this place should be shut down to clean up and fix/replace all broken equipments to better the customer services. The club memberships are increasing every year but they did nothing to service their members.

      A Disgraceful and Unprofessional Experience Avoid This Location Ive never written a public complaint before, but my experience with 24 Hour Fitness **************, particularly with General Manager **** *******, has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.I joined this location in 2023 and paid upfront for a full year. Without my knowledge or consent, they auto-renewed my membership and charged my card again on July 4, 2025despite the fact that I havent used the gym in over a year.I called the ************** location more than 15 times and left multiple messages for **** *******, none of which were returned. On July 14th, I went to the gym in person and found **** in his office scrolling on his phone. I explained my issue, and he assured me he would send an email to his supervisor and follow up with me the next day. He also canceled my membership effective July 4th. But since thennothing. No follow-up, no call, no email, no ********* make matters worse, there is no working corporate customer service number. There is a number listed online, but its essentially deadIve called it several times and never reached a live person. Its as if theyve made themselves intentionally unreachable.This is a perfect example of how 24 Hour Fitness fails its customers. Youre treated like a numberuntil its time to charge your card. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer service is ************* not join this gym. If this is how they treat long-time paying members, imagine how theyll treat you when theres an issue.

      They renewed my membership without notifying me first. They claimed they did notify me but I've gone through all of my emails from them and they absolutely did not notify me. They stole $255.00 from me and are refusing to refund it. I'm willing to take this to mall claims court and to make it very public.

      Unfortunate Marketing Strategy I workout at the ****** 24 hr fitness facility. The facility is very popular and commonly crowded, but at certain times manageable. I recently was approached by a young associate, who offered a program of coaching, which I had been considering, to expand my workouts. This Coach pressed me to sign a 3 month agreement, which would continue if not cancelled. I agreed to the 3 months, because he was very accommodating about scheduling and outlined his skills in the areas that I need improvement.After signing up he suddenly became available only in the evenings or weekends, (the absolute worst time for crowds). The second Saturday morning appointment, he cancelled. I expressed my desire to cancel the agreement. He was quick to remind me that we have a 3 month commitment. And, by the way, these training sessions are only 30 mins each, at a cost of $40.00 per 1/2 hour. They dont point that out in the presentation! When you see someone with Coach on their work attire, run, youll save money and get a better workout!!!

      Ive been a member of this gym for some time now, and unfortunately, Ive become increasingly frustrated with the facilitys lack of cleanliness. The floors are often dirty, equipment is rarely wiped down, and bathrooms and locker rooms are consistently unsanitary.Ive brought these concerns to both management and staff on multiple occasions, but no meaningful action has been taken. Despite my repeated feedback, the conditions remain the sameor worse.Its disappointing to pay for a membership at a facility that fails to meet basic hygiene standards. A clean environment is essential, not only for comfort but also for health and safety. I hope the management starts taking these concerns seriously and implements necessary changes before more members are forced to reconsider their memberships.

      Hello, I got charged and annual fee of ***** although I dont have a membership at 24 hour fitness. Horrible they do not answer my calls for corporate and I tried emailing them for a refund and they keep denying it. Please help me get my refund. Horrible service.

      There General Manager is terrible at this location. I called to request the refund of our annual fee and membership cancellation by phone. The ** kindly led me to believe he refunded and processed both by providing the exact charges that would be refunded. I called back a week later and another of his representatives stated that neither had been refunded and the membership was still active. Do not obtain a membership from this location.

      Club denied 3 day pass offered to us via ad. I received an AD to get a 3 day pass for someone I know who may be interested (also just found via Google search "guest pass for 24 hour"). I'm already a platinum or highest tier account holder with a ***** pass but my brother wanted join on his own but start off with the 3 day pass then buy his monthly. He just wanted to be independent. When I arrived I followed the instructions his email listed making sure he had his ID. He was flat out rejected. Initially the employees said "Our manager doesn't allow 3 day passes, that we'd have to wait for him" so we did because I was confused. No terms and conditions I read on the 3 day said that they can just refuse unless he was already a guest in the past 6 months. He was not. Once speaking to the manager he was not customer service friendly. He was quick to say that he can deny 3 days passes for many reasons: private owned business, because it was busy (it was not I go to this gym near 3 days a week for the last three months and today out of all days was the slowest), and that the terms and service stated he had the right to deny for any reason. I just want to know if any of this is true and also how it's justified to have someone like this working as a "manager". I'm a local as well to this neighborhood and have heard stories about management and condition of location. As I was leaving I also heard an employee tell a wet customer from the pools that towels were out until Wednesday or Thursday giving them cleaning rags to dry themselves. Corporate needs to check this out or **********/Santa ***** health codes
