5 stars *****I can't thank the team at Consumers Alliance enough! Every interaction with their customer service has been filled with understanding and compassion. They never made me feel ashamed of my debt situation but instead helped me see a clear path forward. With their guidance, I've consolidated my debts. It's a huge relief. Hats off to their incredible team for their support and kindness! <3

We take our fees after account has been settled is a total lie. This is the line they use to get customers. I made a total of 8 payments of $466.42 ($3,731.36). Only 2 payments of $291 and $284 were paid to Creditor. The rest was kept by CAPC for fees and legal fees. The account wasn't fully settled or paid. As soon as they made the first payment to creditor, they kept the rest of the money. This isn't paying themselves after an account has been settled! They also fail to disclose "RAM" fees and other "legal fees". I decided not to use their services and now I'm stuck with the full amount of the debt. So all that money that was paid to get a settlement was wasted and eaten by CAPC. They 8 payments I made should have been paid to creditor per their sales pitch. Once account was settled, I would have understood them taking their fees. Please do something about this company ripping people who are struggling off.

I haven't agreed to anything yet but I'll let you all know! Wife and I are in our mid 60's so we don't have a lot of negotiating time left! Lol! We have too many credit card purchase at high % rates after a remodel and a new roof. Standby! Will comment later with I hope a glowing evaluation! So far the young lady I've spoken to sounds honest and professional.

I feel like I can breathe again! I got into debt due to bad managment of my credit cards. But the kind folks at Consumers Alliance have never made me feel ashamed. On the other hand, they have been professional & kind. All my debt is now one payment lower than what I paid on my credit cards. Thank you to your organization! A+

I signed up for a debt settlement program with this company CAPC in August 2020 for with the agreement that all debts would be settled in 18 months in which everything should be done by February 2022. My contact person at CAPC is *******************. He assured me everthing would be done according to the contract and the program fees set at 25% and it is included in the monthly payment through out the program. I became suspicious this company has been charged me with hidden fees when it passed the 18-month period and **** kept saying that he still needed time to work on the settlement of the remaining 3 credit cards while continuing to withdraw the monthly amount from my bank account without telling me how many more number of payments would be. In July 2022, I faced financial harship, so I asked **** to reduce my monthly payment from $702 to $400 temporarily for the next 3 months and he agreed. I thought everything was fine. Suddenly, I received an email from one of the creditors notifiied me of payments past dues since July 2022 and it might jeopardize the settlement agreement. I called CAPC only to find out this company collected my monthly $400 for those 3 months but did not make any payments to the creditors but for themselves. I doubled check on the program fees and confirmed CAPC has been charged me *****% and it was not 25% as **** mentioned. I sent a follow up email to **** and his team requesting for clarification on the program fees and the remaining number of payments to the creditors but **** remained silent and went **** I just wanted to warn any potential customers for considering to sign up for debt settlement program with this company. I am going to pursue legal actions against this company and will also file a complaint with ********************* of ******** Affairs.
