i have been dealing with Upper Deck quality control on damaged product and up to summer of ********************************************************************************************************************************************************** for replacements.Apparently the last 16 months i have been stuck with emails going back and forth with Quality Control at Upper Deck cause the cards that have been requested for replacements and sent in to Upper deck ****************** which is a different department and different state has been sending cards as replacements that are first not equal in value to the originals and worst part they send damaged cards back, this has been going on for different case files and im not getting to no where on this and seems one department is lacking proper communication with the other, its like the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.I currently dealing with 3 Case Files that cards sent as replacements were damaged and not even close in value to originals sent in and they tell you that they will replaced damaged cards with equal value comparable cards to what were sent in.This has not been happening now for the past 16 months and response times in emails is lacking at time waiting a week to get a reply back.
