    horrible customer service experience. Did my checkout with " shop" and apparently I had an address from *********** ( My residence is at *******) try to contact customer service and basically the say that because it was " my mistake" they will not help. Don't count on them with customer service...

    I am filing this complaint to report what I believe are deceptive and misleading practices by **************************************** advertises real samples, creating the impression that customers are purchasing official manufacturer-issued sample sizes or discounted retail bottles. In reality, MicroPerfumes appears to purchase retail-sized bottles, siphon the fragrance into smaller vials, and sell those portions as samples. This practice misleads consumers about the authenticity and source of the products.More concerning, when I purchased what was advertised as a discounted retail-sized bottle, the fragrance quality was noticeably compromised. Upon inspection, it appeared that the bottle had been tampered with a portion of the original fragrance was removed and replaced with alcohol. This not only diluted the scent but also misrepresented the product as a genuine, untampered retail bottle.This business model explains how MicroPerfumes is able to sell discounted retail bottles: the actual fragrance is siphoned out and sold in smaller vials, while the remaining retail bottles are topped off with alcohol and resold as authentic. This practice is deceptive and misleads consumers into believing they are receiving legitimate, factory-sealed retail products when, in fact, they are not.I believe these actions constitute deceptive business practices, and I strongly urge the BBB to investigate. Consumers deserve transparency, authenticity, and honesty in product representation, none of which I experienced with this company.

    Do not buy from this place their perfumes are not authentic it literally smells like alcohol or watered down/diluted. I found out they are scammers hours after my purchase and tried to cancel my order and they shipped it right away even after emailing them while my order said still processing.

    I tried canceling an order I mistakenly did by placing it, instead of entering a promo code. I requested to cancel it seconds after purchase on the option it gives, but only a "sorry an error has occurred, try later" pop up bar would show. I read their policy and says I can cancel an order before the item is shipped. So I tried emailing to request a cancel, boy, let me tell you, I never seen a "Your order has shipped" so fast by a company in my life. I emailed them numerous times after the website errors, and get the same automated reply. They ignored my request to cancel and decided to go ahead and have no consideration for the consumer. Horrible experience.

    This place will not answer emails. I have been a faithful customer of theirs. I ordered a ******************** I have warm before. It clearly smelt spoiled or just disgusting. It smelt like toilet water. I reached out through emails. All they do is say will get back to you and never do. I could only chat with an online bot, that just kept saying sorry no one is available. No one has attempted to make it right either. Fast to take your money but won't email you with a" can we rectify your concern or anything. What's sad is I have ordered from these people before and it smelt amazing. But what was given to me was different from what was on the label. If you care at all about your customers and how they feel about your product please contact me!

    I ordered travel bottles of the perfume I always wear. I have several bottles of the original at home. I ordered two different sizes of samples. The perfumes they sent me smell nothing like the real perfume. Both samples smell different from each other, which shouldnt happen if they are the exact same fragrance. They were either fake or heavily diluted with alcohol, which made the scents completely different. I feel like I got ripped off! I am very unhappy! Do not waste your money here.

    I was referred to this site by a close friend, we are both fragrance buffs. Even with a referral, MicroPerfumes DID NOT honor its promo for friend referrals. Thought it would get better on my second order, which was LOST and arrived days later, after I reached out to customer care for a response that NEVER came. My third complaint is, I also sent a referral out to a few of my clients, who have been receiving EXCESSIVE sms messages from MP but "mysteriously" never sent the promotion code. My clients all paid full price without the 15% discount that I boasted to them about, neither did I receive the $10 for their purchases. This site is a gimmick, only to come up off of those of us who love nice things at a bargain price, yet this is still no way to treat honest consumers. I made what I plan to be my final purchase this morning to hold me over until I can fully invest in another supplier or full bottles from an HONEST company. It was SUPPOSEDLY buy 2 get 1, but again this promotion was not honored and I capped out at 66 bucks and still paid for shipping. I understand this is an affordable place to buy but the customer care team is horrible and this is not the way you honor people's hard earned cash. Please shop elsewhere if you can...

    Great experience with microperfumes. I ordered from them, **** messed it up and didnt deliver it, i contacted microperfumes and they sent me my order again with no hesitation. Very satisfied with customer service and the quality of the product.

    First of all, they're scammers. They quote one price on the website, but in the shopping cart, each item is more expensive. This is designed for inattentive shoppers who don't pay attention to details and don't double-check the price of each item in the cart. I checked each item and was surprised that the price was different upwards. I sent several inquiries about this but did not receive a response to any of them. Secondly, there is no customer support. They just ignore your inquiries. Definitely not a seller I will deal with.
