    Awful. I have been trying to close my account for over 9 days and have yet to speak to ANYONE. I had to do my own research as to how to open a ticket to request closure. I finally received a response and was given an account closure form which was handed back to them within 3 hours. I have not heard of them since. It has been 8 days since I provided the document they requested for closure.On top of that, I have been reviewing the ratings and complaints other people have and I guess I can now expect to have an issue recovering the funds in my reserve although I never had any payment issues or rejects since the account opening.

    Hello **************We have located your merchant ID ending in ****. Prior to your closure inquiry via our dashboard ticketing system on 3/4/2023, no calls or inquiries were received from your business in regards to closing your account. Our contact information can be found on the top left-hand side of your merchant statement.Our Retention team reached out to you within 48 hours after your dashboard ticket was opened and as you indicated and once your closure form was received your account was closed within ten business days. Please note that per your merchant agreement (page 9, paragraph 28) you are required to provide at least 30 days written notice of closure. Your request was processed well within 30 days. Additionally, as a courtesy, your reserve funds were released within two weeks of your closure date. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our support team at ************.
