            LenderFi was good enough at refinancing my loan and having it closed in an orderly manner, and then continuing to service monthly payments satisfactorily. However, since putting in a request to have PMI removed via appraisal, delays soon turned sour and excuses continue to turn up leaving me empty handed. Its been over a month, and several attempts at reaching resolution with customer service, yet nothing has been gained from my attempts at closure. No real status on what is going on, and no updated appraisal value. Why is it taking over a month to get an appraised value on my home? Why is there no accountability on LenderFi's end to get the value of my home from an appraisal that I paid for? All the while I am continuing to pay PMI, it seems clear that this purposeful deniability to continue raking in funds.

            I submitted all my financial info just for a simple preapproval so we could start our search for a home. Communication was great until they got my info then complete silence. It has been WEEKS since I submitted my info and have heard not a word. I have sent MULTILPE emails, texts, and voicemails and no one will so much as text me to let me know anything. I'm so confused as to why this is so difficult. Our first conversations were pleasant, and they seemed ready to help. I spoke with Eddie and he said once I uploaded my info it wouldn't talk long at all. Communication is awful and now I feel that I'm going to have to start this process again with another company.
