    I ordered a pair of jeans on July 16, 2025. After 10 days passed with no updates, I contacted the company via email and social media. I never received a response, and I have no way to know the status of my order. After reading reviews, I wish I never ordered. I do not recommend this company at all and hope I can get my money back.

    over two months on my order and all customer service did was argue with me back-and-forth over text message for an hour and would not give me a refund

    This company is literally terrible! Website is misleading in order to take your money, they take like 2 months to ship, and they have terrible customer service! Literally never shop here.

    Placed an order for the viral denim jumpsuit received my order but the wrong size sent many emails and *** to the company and still no response At first wanted to exchange sizes but at this point with the lack or customer service help I want my refund in full spent over 100$ messaged the chat room days ago and still no response its going to hit the 30 day policy soon

    THIS IS INSANE. This company is ********. No response. No tracking number & no refund when asked but when it comes to an influencer they will sure ship it out! Very disappointing to see that this company has bad reviews/reputation.

    I ordered a jumpsuit in size small - it came after 2 months, but fit smaller than the measurements provided on their website. No big deal, Ill exchange for a medium.Customer service took 3-9 months to reply to me each time - I finally just reordered it in size medium, and it was somehow SMALLER than the size small. I couldnt even zip the medium while I could still zip up the small, I held them up to each other and the medium was NOTICEABLY smaller. I contacted support and again waited 3-9 months for replies, finally getting an exchange a year later (after I already paid for 2 suits that didnt fit as advertised). They sent me the large (for context, I am a typical size small - 51 115lbs), it took 2 months to arrive again. When I opened it, more disappointment - it is an entirely different fabric.The large was not only SMALLER than the medium and the small when held up against each other, but the fabric was not denim and was a dark blue stretchy fabric. It was nothing like the first two. The zipper rolled and folded over strangely due to the stretch fabric, and the shoulders and legs were huge. Somehow a simple size-up became a 2 year long and extremely difficult process, Im out $350 and still don't have a suit that fits.The customer service is abysmal. Slow to reply, does not read the details of my emails, and sends back unhelpful replies. Their response to the change in fabric on the size Large was we use different washes of dead stock denim, but this isnt a different wash. Its an entirely different product and fabric. It has been 2 years just do a simple size up, where none of the products have anything close to consistent sizing or quality. How can a medium be smaller than a small? How can a large be smaller than both the small and medium? I contacted them in August of 2024 about the final exchange where I received the Large. I finally got a reply in May of 2025, and it wasnt addressing any of the issues discussed.

    This company is ridiculous and borderline fraudulent. Was told on my order confirmation that both items would ship in 1-2 business days. I was told that my items would take an additional 1-3 WEEKS before being confirmed and shipped when i contacted them through their live chat(which is slow and unresponsive at best). The ONLY way to get this company to ship your items in the time frame they tell you, is to contact them and be unrelenting. I told them that 1-3 weeks is unacceptable and false advertising, that I ordered these items for a trip and that will be too late. Once i sent screenshots of their live website that advertised the items shipping in 1-2 business days, they said they would talk to the shipment team. They magically found the items i ordered once talking to the shipment team and shipped the items on the spot. Do i trust that i will get it on time for my trip? Not in the slightest. But i have a tracking number now ugh. Do not order from them unless youre willing to jump through hoops to actually receive the products you paid for within the timeline you paid for. Revice denim should be shut down.

    I placed my order March 11, 2025. I have yet to receive my order. I contacted Revice Denim, they need for more weeks to complete my order! So ridiculous!! I should have done my research before purchasing. They have so many bad reviews. ???????

    I am extremely frustrated with the lack of responsiveness and professionalism in my experience with this company. From the start, communication has been slow, and the delivery time was weeks beyond what was promised. Now, after finally receiving the product, I am dealing with issues that require resolution, and once again, they are unresponsive.I dont think I have ever worked with a company that is this bad with customer service or general care.

    Ordered a pair of jeans at the end of November for Christmas, did not receive until the end of January.
