I purchased a pair of jeans for my daughter in October. They ripped on the **** pocket by June after her wearing only a hand full of times. Revice did care to reimburse or even provide store credit for these expensive jeans. I also sent a follow up email and was completely ignored.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Revice Denim for the Empire **** and Vice **** on June 26, 2025. The total cost of the order was $186.98 USD. The product page listed an Expected to ship by 6/30/2025 timeline, with no mention that the items were preorders or subject to extended delays. After my purchase, the shipping date was updated to 7/4/2025. I was later informed via chat that shipping could take an additional 2 to 5 weeks. At no point during checkout was this disclosed.I requested to cancel the order due to the misleading shipping information. I was told I would receive store credit by the end of the day. That did not happen. After following up multiple times, I was then told the store credit needed to be issued by a manager and would arrive by the end of the following week. It still has not been issued.Additionally, once I mentioned I was considering disputing the charge through my credit card provider due to the delay and lack of delivery, I was told store credit would not be issued. This is an unfair and potentially illegal practice under the Fair Credit Billing Act. A business cannot refuse a refund or credit because a customer raises a dispute.I have received neither the products, a refund, nor valid store credit. **************** has ignored my emails and given inconsistent information over chat.I am requesting a full refund to my original payment method in the amount of $186.98 USD. On June 29, I ordered a top and pair of **** shorts and they said that they were going to ship within one to two business days, it is now July 8th, nothing has shipped, I also paid extra for domestic shipping, they wont respond to any of my emails. The live chat is completely unhelpful and they also dont respond to Instagram DMs. The customer service has been absolutely horrific especially because I need these items before July 16 and they were supposed to be here but they havent even shipped yet.Initial Complaint

I ordered a pair of jeans from revice denim on 5/4/25. My order was confirmed and I received an email saying my tracking information would be sent once the order was shipped. Its now been 2 months since that day and I have yet to receive any further communication from Revice. Ive tried 7 times to contact their support team to inquire about an expected shipping date, which each time told me I should receive a response within 72 hours - weeks have passed since then. No correspondence at all. I said in my last support request that I wanted a refund for the terrible customer service and still received no response. I ordered a pair of shorts early June, it said it will take 1-2 days to ship. I checked after 4/5 days and no updates so I emailed them regarding just an update and also that I wanted to change the size because I felt I wouldnt fit the shorts but told them if not it is okay. I ordered a pair of jeans on April 18th. It is now July 2. I spent almost $100 on these pants and they have still not been shipped. I contacted Revice a few weeks after I initially ordered and was told to wait 2-3 more weeks. I was frustrated but waited. Still nothing. I reached out again and was told the same thing. It has now been 3 months with no product. I have reached out 5 times and am now being ignored. They will not respond to my emails and have let me know they will not be able to refund at this time. I want my money back at this point or at least the product to be delivered. Especially for the amount of money I spent. This business is a fraud and needs to be investigated.Initial Complaint

Ordered from Revive denim on 6/2/2025. Item was said to ship by 6/17/2025. Reached out to customer service on 6/18 due to item not shipping and item was needed by a certain date. Had to DM Revice on instagram to get a response. I was responded to on 6/21 and told that my item wouldnt ship for another 1-4.5 weeks. Requested a refund due to the fact that I was not informed about the delay in time and that I would not receive the item by the time it was needed. **************** refused refund and offered the item or store credit. I do not want the item or the store credit as I would not want to purchase from them again due to poor customer service and not knowing when I will receive my item. I ordered an item from this clothing website on May 26th, 2025. On the website it said order will be ship on or before May 30th. I had a trip on June 6-9 that I specifically ordered this item for. When June 2nd came around and I got no email or notification that my order shipped I submitted a ticket. No one replied so I sent another on June 3rd. Somone finally got back to me on June 3rd and I have attached all of the conversations of emails back and forth. ***, the person I was speaking with ghosted me so I had to create another ticket for her to respond. So, sum it up, they aren't giving me a refund for the item and they won't ship the item. I ordered the item over a month ago and I've tried to be patient with them and give them an opportunity to refund me or get the item shipped but its been over a month, and its been over a week since I last heard from someone and they said someone in management was supposed to contact me about a resolution and no has reached out to me or responded to me and no one will help me so I'm left no choice to contact my bank and the BBB to attempt to get my money back because I don't have what I paid for and they are refusing to give me refund and keep giving me the runaround and I'm over it. This is literally theft. Please give me your assistance in contacting them, its not even a lot of money its the principal. I'm not going to let this million dollar company steal money from me and ghost me hoping illl just give up and forget about it.
