    I booked a "Black Friday Special" package from ********'s Touch for my wedding on 5/28/22 on 11/10/21. The advertisement was for a custom package that included fresh flowers. During my consultation on 11/10/21, I showed inspiration pictures and discussed what I was looking for; all of which was agreed upon by both parties. I sent $***** through ***** for my deposit. Fast forward to 3/15/22, I was contacted by the owner to schedule my mock up that is not custom at all, she had designed a center piece that she wanted & looked absolutely nothing like my inspiration pictures. She yelled & fought with me the entire time saying that it's the only thing that is included in the package, contrary to the advertised flyer. I went into my appointment and decided to still continue forward because my wedding is now 2 months away and I need flowers. I recorded the entire conversation this time around since it was a public setting. After leaving, I texted her trying to figure out if I wanted to add more flowers and that's when she contradicts her flyer once again, as well as the information she gave me in person. She said the flowers will not be fresh, rather satin. She ended up yelling and screaming at me, as well as blocking me. I reached out with my fiance's phone number to see if we are going to have a conversation about my package. The read receipt shows she read the text, but ignored him as well. By blocking and not answering, she is refusing to provide the service we signed a contract for, after continuously breaching it. I want my $***** deposit back.
