Rude woman seems to be a common theme at this business. Monique is not only rude, she is a boldface liar. I had to drive back and forth twice with my IDs because she claimed a few weeks ago that I had to get it notarized. She was adamant and dismissive at the same time, walking away. I disagreed with her about this because I read about it online before driving there. This is only the first lie. I called iPostal and they told me a notary is not necessary, to just go in with IDs. I also called Burbank Shipping Center, and spoke to a different person that told me he that works for iPostal, and that a notary was not necessary. When I went there the second time with my IDs specifically during the hours that he was there, I had no problems getting verified. A notary is NOT NECESSARY as I WAS THERE IN PERSON TWICE.

I called a few days later to speak to him again. Second lie, Monique claims no one works there that is an employee of iPostal (which is where my initial business agreement is from). She specifically clarified "Every single person here works for Burbank Shipping Center." Clearly, this woman has plenty of issues and lying to customers while at work is her form of amusement, and entertainment. However, even more amusing and entertaining is that I saw the iPostal van parked in front of the store when I was there.

Again, I called iPostal to confirm that they do indeed have an employee on site at Burbank Shipping Center. So I called her back and asked to speak with the owner. Monique claimed that she is the owner. I said, You're the owner? She said Yeah! I see the business owner is replying to one star reviews about a RUDE WOMAN, yet statements about that are ignored. Is it **** or Monique? What does that say about the RUDE WOMAN at this business? I hope the owner responds with some truth so I can take my business elsewhere. How absurd!

From reading all the reviews, **** is the owner, and Monique is an employee. Third lie, it's a pity there is a fool such as this inside the business. Also, on Yelp - there are video cam repair reviews mixed in with shipping reviews. How strange is this business ???

Also, Burbank Shipping Center is such a fraud and run by fools. First day of the following month, June 1st Burbank Shipping Center CANCELED MAIL BOX with an email dated today, effective the same day. Customers that don't want their MAIL LOST, IN LIMBO, WITH NO ADDRESS - AVOID BEWARE OF BURBANK SHIPPING CENTER. See other review, they LOST HER MAIL, blamed her, and CANCELED AS WELL. Send an email with a corrupted file attachment that does not open, so they do not have any reason provided to cancel. File complaints, and send a copy to the US POSTMASTER GENERAL in Washington, DC.
