Bought a pair of ********* (black holographic, size 11) shoes, they came in with problems and customer support was not helpful. Put them in storage wondering what I'll end up doing with them. Flash forward a year later (I bought them around October/November last year), I took them out of storage, wore them a total of 4 times - and one of the shoes itself started completely peeling away from the platform at the heel.Incredibly shoddy construction, poor customer service (for an over $200 CAD pair of shoes, this is genuinely scammy!), save your money and get something else - I plan to. Never touching this company again, not even with a 10-foot pole. Absolutely not worth the money. You can find knockoffs of their shoes on AliExpress and other websites - they likely have the very same, if not even better construction than the 'real' shoes. Even prior to the shoes peeling away from the heel completely - there were several rivets (the hearts) that kept spinning around and felt like they were going to fall off, LOTS of visible glue (I think the shoe was genuinely just glued together, most of the stitching looks cosmetic), and even with those problems present, I was not offered a return or exchange a year ago *despite not having worn them yet*. Absolutely disgusted with how I've been effectively outright scammed. You will regret it if you buy from them 9 times out of 10, I genuinely think most of the positive reviews are paid reviews. I noticed the peeling after the 4th wear late last week, around Friday. Tagged them on Instagram and I never received a response, despite them having seen my Instagram story. Incredibly disappointed.
