    This company is not located at the ******************* at ****************************************** *********** I work for is the owners of this property and we do not have Paragon Jackets as a tenant.I would be careful dealing with this company.

    I ordered Starter jacket, back in November 2023, I actually received item in reasonable time, but when I saw package had been shipped from ********, instead of *******. I knew something was wrong. When I opened package and pulled out jacket, right away knew it wasn't an authentic Starter jacket, this poor quality garment looks like something put together in somebody's garage. I didn't even bother contacting company, because I knew I'd been scammed. Anyone reading this, don't do business with Paragon jackets, they're a fraud. I can not give lower review, but trust me they deserve lower than 1 star they probably deserve -5 stars.

    Liars. Was given 2 different delivery dates.Ordered EARLY 12/24. Called ***** &*****, 1/3/25. It still hasn't shipped. Asked for 100% refund since it has not left the facility. Stated that they can only offer 70%. What sence does that make?? Stated they can refund the shipping as well. I don't want the jacket. Then ***** gets on the phone to say that it shipped via *****. OK give me the tracking #. Stated to call in 24 hrs to get it. On a Sunday! REALLY. I didn't receive a confirmation email from them and when I entered my order ********* as stated on their site. "NO RECORD OF ORDER" I stated if the items are made in the ** why is it taking so long? He stuttered. ****! Stated that he'd call me with the tracking number. I hardly believe that. I reiterated that I no longer wanted the jacket. He stated that there is a 30 day return policy and I could mail back for a full refund. That's a waste of time because I know you don't have a tracking # because the guy on the phone before ***** said that it would be shipped by the10th. I asked for a return label if that is the case. ***** stated that we could handle that later. Do not order from them!!!!!!

    Worst company to buy any product from. I ordered on 11-28-24 with a promise to delivery in ***** days and it has been 20 working days. The company keeps pushing out the delivery date and I feel they have no intention of delivery what I purchased, I believe this company to be a scam.I would not recommend buying anything from this company. Not to mention their headquarters are in *****. ****** *********, **

    This is a scam. It was shady from the beginning. I ordered a sweater and the one I received was hideous. Same colors and pattern, but the material is disgusting and smells awfulvery synthetic. I have been back and forth with them many times and they are trying to refuse my return although I am 100% unhappy with the product. I would encourage anyone thinking of ordering from them to NOT DO IT. This whole thing has taken up so much of my mental capacity (Im talking 10 emails, now they want pictures???). On top of it all, someone ELSE who was unhappy with the sweater was instructed by them to send their return to me to fulfill my order. They gave out my personal information to another customer, claiming my home address was the return address for the company. I believe this is illegal.

    This company is a scam. I ordered a shirt off their website and when I received it, it had racist language on it and was not what I ordered at all. When I sought to get an immediate refund, they gave me the runaround and only offered me a 20% refund. I was shocked that this was even an option that they thought I would consider. Not to mention their website says 30 day refund return which they do not stand by. Im still pursuing action with them but need for people to not fall for this like I did. Please do your research on these types of businesses. They seem legit but are warehoused in other countries and do not provide quality products.

    This is a company that sells name brand apparel which is actually counterfeit. It is blatantly stealing other companies' designs and producing low quality fakes. The logo on the sweatshirt I bought started peeling off after two washes. When I complained I was offered a 25% refund. I responded that I wanted a full refund and was in the process of filing a complaint. I received a call from a gentleman called '****' within minutes who said he would agree to a full refund as long as I did not involve a third party. I find it hard to believe that this company remains in operation when it is so obviously breaking the law.

    HORRIBLE company to deal with. Doesn't return e-mails, and I was on hold for OVER 45 minutes! They had no delay in charging my credit but will not address my issue
