I purchased this jacket on 4/7/25 from Paragon Jackets for $89. I ordered a size large; however, this jacket runs abnormally BIG and fits like a size XL. The company's website states: "We offer our clients 30 days of easy return and exchange policy." I contacted the company and they provided only a 15% value refunded ($13.35) or asked me to pay $45 for another jacket in a smaller size. I do not wish to risk receiving another item that doesn't fit the standard US sizing guidelines. I would like my $89 refunded and send this jacket back to them.Initial Complaint

I purchased a coat from Paragon Jackets before Christmas. The coat was to be the "***** ********" coat she wore on the 2024 New Years Eve show on TV. The coat, with ***** ******** wearing it was the example of what I would be receiving. I paid over $229 for the coat. I finally got the coat in February of 2025 in a small shrink wrapped package. I couldn't believe the coat was squeezed into such a small package. My husband opened the package and hung it up for me in the cedar closet for me to see when I returned home at the end of the week. When I saw the coat, I was dumb founded. The fur was cut in layers straight across the back, it looked like fur you get in sheets to make crafts from, not animal fur. The coat was a thin material like a white thin flannel feeling material, wrinkled. I was under the impression this was a US company. When I emailed, I was offered only a 50% refund and to keep the coat. I was informed that shipping the coat back would cost around $100, that is why they wanted me to keep the coat. When I got to speak with a "manager" named ***, he told me the only way I could get a 100% refund was to ship the coat back. I asked why I would end up losing my money when they shipped something of such poor quality. I do not know what country they are from but the people I spoke with had thick accents. There was nobody higher that I could talk to. This is truly a scam. I have all of the information, just not with me as I am traveling until this weekend. I have photos of the "coat" I was sent along with the advertisement photo. I have the emails as well. Today I spoke with "***" who is the "manager". He reminded me that the written information stated they would not pay for returns. This would be the purchasers responsibility. If I could exchange, that would be one thing. I cannot exchange for another mess of a coat. I should not be losing money because they ship poor quality. Phone #************. Please Help!Initial Complaint

I purchased a jacket from this company on December 14, 2024 (Eagles Jackets), for $129.00 plus an additional $20 for gift wrapping. The order # ***** size XXXL I asked for a different size and was told it would cost an additional 30 dollars which I declined. On Jan 13, 2025, I reached out via email and requested an update about my delivery and received a response stating they apologized for the delay and they assured me I would receive my merchandise within 4-5 days. I thanked them for their prompt response and would look out for my shipment no jacket. On Jan 25, 2025, I contacted them requesting a refund called the merchant*************) spoke with a representative, on and was assured my refund would be issued to my account on Jan ******* still no refund. I ordered an *** Tasman hoodie from this site. The photo provided looked like an authentic hoodie. It had different colored stitching and had the wording UGG on the bottom right of the hoodie. Everything about the photo and description led me to believe it was authentic. The hoodie I received has different colored stitching and no *** branding anywhere. It is a fake. I contacted the seller for a refund and they only offered to refund me 25%. This is very deceptive tactics and bad business. They should not be allowed to continue to scam people out of their money by providing photos of different items they are actually selling.Order date: 1/8/25Initial Complaint

11-28-24 purchase date I waited a couple weeks emailed them and they replied that it would be another week. I emailed them a week later and got same response just worded differently. I purchased a hoodie for $68. When it arrived I realized it is counterfeit and not the same a pictured. Not new, no tags and bad stitching. The company is also going by a different name and a different item description in my my order summary. I asked to return the item and they want to call me and I dont trust the company. Wanted to return an item because it was too big. Was told I had to ship it for the price of the article back to **************. There was no opportunity to change sizes or to get a full credit like theyre normally is from a reputable vendor. They offered me 25% on the dollar and that I could keep the two big item. I finally got them to 40%. Do not order from these people!
