    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Tieks, a company specializing in women's footwear, due to a concerning and unresolved issue related to a recent purchase and return. The details of the matter are as follows:On 6/5/2023, I made a purchase of a pair of shoes from Tieks, order number **********, for which I paid $275. Unfortunately, upon receiving the shoes, I discovered that they did not fit correctly. Subsequently, I contacted Tieks' customer service department to initiate a return process.Tieks agreed to process the return under the condition that I would try a different pair of shoes before receiving a refund for the original purchase. Specifically, I was offered a black pair of shoes priced at $130 as an alternative. I agreed to this arrangement, and Tieks was informed that I would like to proceed with the exchange.However, despite my compliance and repeated follow-**** I have not received the black pair of shoes that Tieks promised to send me. Moreover, I have not been issued a refund for the original purchase of $275. To my great concern, I noticed unauthorized attempts by Tieks to charge my credit card for the $130 related to the black pair I never received.I have made numerous attempts to resolve this matter by contacting Tieks' customer service department, but I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution to my issue. This situation has caused undue stress and inconvenience, and I feel that my trust as a consumer has been severely compromised.Therefore, I am requesting the following actions to be taken by Tieks:Promptly issue a refund of $275 for the original pair of shoes that I returned to Tieks.Cease any further attempts to charge my credit card for the $130 related to the black pair of shoes that I never received.

    Please ********************* on Tieks. I bought 2 pairs thinking that Oprah review was anything but her being paid off sells lady . Sadly flats r very uncomfortable even in right size, leave blisters after 30 mins of wearing. Hurting feet in less than an hour of walking, hurting even when sitting! They look. Cute in the box but not on your feet. If company would spend more effort in making comfortable shoes instead of packaging them in pretty box that would be great. I didnt attempt to return my shoes bcz frankly shipping from ****** would be huge hassle and from what I see Tieks rarely give refunds and they wouldnt allow posting of real reviews from the customers so unfortunately people going to keep buying their overpriced flats.
