    Hello my name is ***** ****. My aunt ******* **** ordered me a set of lip tints in which she spent over 70 dollars and so never received them. She ordered them to where I work because Im rarely home. I always receive packages where ai woke from multiple businesses so I know that is not an issue. My aunt contacted the business by email as you can see in the images its in Spanish. This past week she contacted me to let me know she couldnt get a solution from the company Rhode. They just told her that because it was a business that receives packages they were going to close the case. I looked online how to contact them and they only have email and DM on instagram. Since my aunt had already emailed them, I sent them a message on DM and they just told me that the case was closed. Where I work its just a business like any other and they receive my packages so I do not see what the problem is here that they cant make themselves responsible in at least showing who they gave my package to like the name of who received it or like a lot of companies do and have a picture of where they left it. I decided to make this complaint because I can see that my case is not the only one with the same situation. I see that other people have not received their packages and all Rhode says is that they are closing the case. That is not okay because in my case my aunt spent her hard earned money just to be told oh well we cant do anything about the order you placed even though she paid to receive a product. If there is anything you can do please. I know you guys do great work please help.

    I have been trying to purchase a **** from this site for my daughter. I have used several different address or credit card. My purchase is always canceled after the purchase. I have emailed the customer and no reply. There is no phone number to contact the site. All i know is from a celebrity the site. This is unfair method of selling. No help, no phone number. I feel this people that are **** are protected by. We just want to make a purchase to make a child happy but guess what...cant and no unswers from the site because they do not provide customer support. This should be illegal in the *************.

    I have sent this to the Rhode Team repeatedly. Dear Team Rhode,I am still having this issue, no refund. I was issued a refund on a return last July 23 of $25.86 on order #*******. It is now over 3 weeks later and I haven't received that refund. I contacted customer service twice, still no refund. I am upset. Can someone please fix this?Thank you,*********************

    I made an order on July 23 around 6:20pm and I noticed it I made a mistake on my order so I emailed them right away at 6:26pm to see if they were available to make the change I needed if not so to cancel my order (they never replied me back) I never received a confirmation order to my email or a tracking number but my order arrived on July 26 (I still didnt hear anything from them) so I emailed them to return my order or at least the product I made a mistake and until this day they didnt replied me back, I went to social media and saw Im not the only one with the problem but they are not replying to nobody some people didnt received their orders. At this point I just want to return my whole order because of the lack professionalism from them but for that I needed to email them but theyre not responding so

    I placed an order in June and I recieved it around the 26th of June. I immediately emailed Rhode because my lip glosses all smelt like mold and were grainy and my blushes were smooshed and looked like the box maybe had been destroyed in transit. They did not answer me I sent over 10+ emails: then I moved over to instagram to message them and they answered me twice asking to send pictures and then once I answered them they did not answer back. Its been almost a month with no answers and its really frustrating because I spent over $230.

    I made an order for $179.70 on July 7th, 2024. When I finally did receive the order, it was incomplete, I received the phone case and 4 out of 5 of the lip tints I ordered. I was missing my two blushes and one Strawberry Shortcake liptint that was purchased. The four Lip tint I did receive were faulty, 3 were coming out clear and the guava spritz had the smallest amount of color, so basically clear as well. Ive sent multiple emails and dms and nothing has yet to be resolved with my order. Theres so many other people that have had issues and im feeling like this company is just scamming people out of money. I was sent one email from them asking for proof so I could receive replacements. I sent proof pictures and videos, and since then, ive received no other responses from the company. I dont even want the blushes anymore, I just want those refunded and for them to either refund the 5 liptints as well, or send me the one that was missing and send a replacement for the faulty ones that I did receive.

    I ordered 6 caramel lip peptide treatments on 6/7/24. I received my order 6/14/24. Upon receiving items, I tested out my new lip balms to discover that each one of them is defective in flavor. I emailed the customer service on 6/14 and 7/1 with my order number and the issue, requesting a refund. I have no heard back from them. The company has a 30 day return window, which has passed. I would like my money back.

    I placed a $117 order from rhode skin on june 22. On june 28 it said it was delivered but I didnt receive it because the address they sent it to was the wrong address. I emailed customer service to explain to them the problem and I told them the correct address and if they could make a new shipment to the correct address. The customer service replied to me and said we looked at your order history and your order already shipped Its like they didnt even READ what my complaint said. I never said it didnt ship, I said that it was DELIVERED to the WRONG address and if they could send it to the correct address. I replied to that email explaining how that wasnt even what I was addressing and restated that I need this sent to the correct address, two days later I finally get a response and its a survey asking me how satisfied I was with the interaction They literally ignored my complaint all I want is for my expensive order to be sent to the correct address!!! I told them what the address was, I cant even get a refund because it shows as delivered and I dont even want a refund I really do just want the products that I purchased!!!

    I am having such a terrible experience with customer service. A friend bought be a ********************** iPhone case for my birthday, which was a very nice and expensive gift. However, they thought I had an iPhone 14 Pro *** when in reality I have an iPhone 15 Pro ***. So I contacted customer service and provided all the customer information to look up the order, and simply asked for an exchange. Simple, right?I cant even get a response!!! First I was told to have my friend contact them - obviously thats super awkward!!! Why would they even ask that??And now they completely ignore me!! Why is it so complicated to just exchange for the right phone?? It was a GIFT! Whats so hard to understand? Such a frustrating experience. I did some research online and it seems everyone is having customer service issues with **********************. How can you sell cases for 80$ and give people such a hard time??
