    Hello, I'm disappointed in the way my order was handled, as order number: ******* was never delivered, despite the correct delivery address. I've been waiting for this package for weeks, only to find out that it was never delivered and returned to the warehouse.Please refund my order amount to the payment method used for this order.

    I tried their skin care and it clogged my pores immediately. The lip peptide got chunky after a few weeks. The nail in the coffin through was the little white bumps I got on my upper lip that only went away after discontinuing use for 6 months! Waste of money! The blush was cute but doesnt last at all!!

    Overpriced garbage. I bought a set of THREE peptide lip treatments and I live in **, a very hot environment. The lip glosses are SUPER gritty like a lipscrub, so gross. The fact that they get away with selling defective products is crazy. Any positive reviews you see are people ***** nosing trying to get on the ** list to get free product.

    I placed an order around 2 weeks ago, it said it was delivered, however, it was not. I have emailed ***************** no response, I sent DM to them on instagram and they completely ignored everything I said and just responded that they are closing this request. ???? Where is my order?? Or send me my money back, nobody is helping. Very disappointed. Terrible business, going to have to get my bank involved to get a refund since nobody can help.

    ******************* beauty business RHODE has the worst customer service. I order a blush from their website on 7/8/24. Days later I received my package but they had sent me the wrong blush. I e-mailed them with a picture of my order and the wrong blush they had sent. Someone from the team wrote back apologizing and said they would send the correct blush. I e-mailed back with my address. It's been two weeks and I have not received the correct blush or have gotten an e-mail back. I went to their Instagram account and hundreds of girls are having the same issue as me. The team replies and then doesn't answer or send out the correct order.

    I was anxiously awaiting my delivery, order #*******. The box was very well packaged, but I live in ********** and it was 34 degrees Celsius. The box arrived VERY hot. When opening the products, they were also hot. I noticed that they were very wet, I managed to take some photos to show them, and one of them started to melt while I was turning the base to open the product. I was afraid of touching the product and it crushing completely, as it was visible that it was melting.I received the package on July 10th, and I sent an email the same day. After about 3 messages, they responded to me on July 11th asking for photos. I sent all the requested photos and until today, July 18th, I have not heard back from Rhode.I didn't expect a melty, sweaty product when I bought it. I expected a dry but creamy product. I would never expose my products to conditions in which they would melt, and now I received new products that were out of condition, and which were exposed to heat, melted and went through an unnecessary cooling process. I'm having the worst after-sales service I've ever had. I did not expect this delay in returning, I did not expect the difficulty in communication, and obviously I did not expect to receive a product that was not in the expected conditions.The website chat does not work. Emails take much longer than 2 business days to be responded to. I find this whole experience completely disrespectful.My complaint was not answered. I received the products melting, and it's not my fault. Now the products have obviously "dried out" but I don't think it's right to use a product that has already had this problem.
