  placed an order on July 25, 2025 and it was supposed to be delivered no later than August 2, 2025. I havenot receivedmy package yet or any updates since July 29, 2025. It only says its onits way. When I check for any updateon the fashion nova app it has a deliverydate of August 1 but on the the *** site there is no delivery date and no updates. I have yet to receivemy package and the items were ordered for my birthday. This is my first time orderingwith your company and this is unacceptable. I would like a refund or an update immediately. Thank you.

  Fashion Nova failed to refund shipping for undelivered expedited Service Details: On July 15, 2025, I placed an order with Fashion Nova and paid $19.99 for next-day shipping, with a promised delivery date of July 17, 2025. On the expected delivery date, I received an email stating the order has been delayed by the carrier. Specifically, that "*** has changed your estimated delivery date." The order was ultimately delivered on July 18, which is outside the timeframe I paid extra for. I contacted Fashion Nova and requested a refund of the expedited shipping fee since they are the one I paid for the service. They refused, citing weather delays and claiming the charge was non-refundableeven though they failed to deliver the service as promised. It is my understanding that, per FTCs Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, a retailer must either deliver the product/service as promised or notify the customer and offer the option to cancel for a full refund. Fashion Nova did not offer that option. Since they refused to resolve the issue, I have filed a chargeback through my bank to recover the $19.99 fee. I am submitting this review to report Fashion Novas ongoing refusal to refund fees for services not rendered and to help prevent similar experiences for other consumers.

  Isnt helpful at all when it comes to orders. Ive been trying to use the help center it just keeps saying my package will come today when its been in the same place for 4 days I call *** only to find out its lost they say they cant do anything about it. And to contact fashion nova Ive contacted through email, tried calling, even help center, which is no help at all! Ive even tried through social media. No response. They have terrible customer service they lose your packages and they just refer you back to the help center that is not helpful.

  I ordered from Fashion Nova, and my package was delivered by DoorDash at 2 a.m. completely unacceptable and unsafe. That late-night drop led to my package being stolen, and when I reported it, I was denied a refund just because it was marked delivered.Ive reached out multiple times, asking to speak with a real person, but all Ive gotten back are generic AI-generated responses that ignore my actual concern. Fashion Nova has shown no accountability and clearly doesnt care about customer safety or satisfaction.This is the second time a package has been delivered in the middle of the night. I shouldnt have to chase down stolen orders or beg for someone to take me seriously. If you value security, reliability, and basic customer service shop elsewhere.

  This is the second time Ive had an issue with a fashion not ha order. They did not deliver my item and returned it to sender. Despite being told I would get a refund, they issued me a store credit. I DO NOT want to order from them again. I would like my refund for the order I NEVER RECEIVED. They do not have customer service that you can speak to. They only send you to a email chat that is monitored by AI bots so you never get a straight answer. I will now be working with my bank to recover the funds from this order. Will not be ordering again

  Fashion Nova truly *****. Do not bother making returns and honestly don't bother shopping there.I paid shipping fees to return some ill-fitting items in June 2025. I initially expected a full refund of my money in my checking account after shipping the items, but eventually settled for store credit. The Fashion Nova website keeps saying it has emailed a gift card to me so I can get store credit, but I still don't have the gift card 2 weeks after the site says the card was created. I tried requesting the card be resent through the "gift card" tab on the site. I tried using the *********** & indicating that there's a problem with my return only to get a "resend gift card button" that does not work when I press it. I have the receipt for my purchase in my inbox, but still no gift card. Checked all my junk and spam mail and it's just not there. Fashion Nova has 0 customer service. Even though the receipt email I got contains a customer service number, the number only gives you an automated voice telling you to use the ***********, which I already did to no avail. The receipt email also includes an email address, but when I sent an email to the address about my gift card, I got a weird error message from *********** Email Processor" saying my email cannot be delivered. Fashion Nova wasn't always like this, But ever since they got rid of customer service, they're not worth patronizing. Save yourself the money and frustration. Their clothes look cheap, often don't fit, and don't last more than a year anyway.

  It's unfortunate that I can't recommend **, especially considering that a few years ago I would've shared a different experience. At the end of May 2025, ** sent me some sunglasses that arrived broken. I immediately emailed customer service. They asked do I want a refund or store credit. I stated a refund. I never received it, nor did I receive any further communication from them after reaching out again. It's now the end of July with no response from them. It's obvious that the integrity and professionalism of this store has declined. Not just based on my experience, but several others, including what's stated on the ** ******** page. A word to the wise: Dont overlook these reviewsotherwise, you might find yourself writing one.

  Fashion Nova is a scamming company, they do as much as they can to make sure that their buyers are trapped into a consumption cycle solely for their business. You buy from them? No such thing as a refund, nor do they even have a cancel option on the sight any more which is what curated my problem.Recently I purchased from Fashion Nova, and within the next hour I attempted to cancel that order before it had even entered the processing cycle. To do so you have to literally go SCAVENGING for a reliable email because they intentionally make those extremely hard to find and hardly respond to them, and by the time I finally found one this company began lying about processing and shipping the order already instead of just giving me my refund.The issue with this is not just the lying, the poor customer service or the manipulative company tactics, but the fact that the company refuses to refund buyers, forcing them to instead return items in for "store credit" and they CHARGE FOR RETURNS anyway. Horrible horrible horrible service, Ive been buying from Fashion Nova from years and Im looking now into any other sight because they're terrible these days. They're not even using real models half the time anyway, its AI generated and when they do have real models they manipulate the clothes behind the camera view to fit the women who literally already have bbls.

  Fashion nova does not give refunds on items bought within the timeframe to return items . They only give a in-store credit.. I never wore the outfit. Just tried it on and did not like it and now I have to be stuck with store credit. This is unacceptable and I never knew about this. Had I known I would have made a better choice when purchasing from them. They keep changing their refund policies and expect everyone to know when they are not being upfront and honest about you cannot get a return unless the item is damaged.
