    I submitted my order at Fashion Nova on the 27th of June 2025 and it still hasn't arrivrd in ********* was tracked on the 8th of July somewhere in ******* and I haven't received it yet. The amount I paid acounts for ***** euros. I'd like the comoany to investigate what happened because it seems that their customer support is severly lacking.

    I submitted an order on 7/28/25 for my son and paid via ******. However, I have not received an order confirmation and I am seeing that my ****** was charged for this order. I have tried calling and emailing Fashion Nova about this but haven't had any luck. I've also tried to locate the order using the email address and phone number used when placing the order and it keeps saying no account found. How is that and I have been charged for an order????

    I ordered a blazer from Fashion Nova and a dress. they shipped the dress but what I REALLY needed was the blazer for an event I have scheduled.. when i got the shipment they sent me the wrong item. they made me jump through the hoops of sending pictures of the item, and tags.. and then emailed me again for pictures of the bag it came in and then packing slip.. after all of this the only options they gave me would be a refund or store credit. I need the blazer. they have raised the price of the blazer on their website, and they would charge me shipping if i were to re-order. This is unacceptable as I did not make the mistake, I ordered an item that they shipped incorrectly, and now they refuse to send it to me unless I will pay more for it. The only resolution I am seeking is either they send me the item I ordered, or enough money to re-order that item at the new listed price, as well as shipping.

    I made an order with fashion nova July ******* which qualified FREE 1-Day Shipping but they didnt honor it and ended up giving me a $15 gift card. My order was delivered on July 23rd, not to my door but in my buildings lobby which is not where I wanted my package delivered. My package has yet to be found. I contacted fashion nova and they said sorry but this is not there fault because it was delivered to the address they had and then proceeded to show me a picture of my package sitting in my buildings LOBBY, where anyone could have taken it. Im still not able to find my package and would like a refund because my package was just left in the lobby and not delivered to APARTMENT NUMBER 5 which was the apartment given on the delivery address. They are not trying to take responsibility and this is the carrier they chose to deliver their packages! So how can I be responsible. This order total to $166.74 and thats not any money that I want to go to waste because of something I didnt cause.

    I ordered on 6/26/25 and my package was shipped 6/28/25 it is now 7/28/25 and I still have not received my order. I filed a claim with *** and they submitted a claim back to Fashion Nova for them to resolve the issue. I still have not heard from them. I keep getting automated replies saying my package will be delivered 7/6/2025, when I request a live **** I receive no reply at all.

    Ive attempted to resolve this matter on several occasions but I continue to get no resolution or support.I placed an order via ** on Tuesday July 22 2025 and received it on Thursday July 24th 2025. Zero complaints about delivery. My complaint is about a return. The hoodie and the sweatsuit is too small. I need to exchange it or get a refund. Despite multiple emails. 5 to be exact and even a direct message on X. Ive gotten no help. For whatever reason ** cannot located my order despite me sending them a copy of their tracking slip with their order number, When I emailed customer service theyre of no help. I expressed I need to return and item and they proceed to ask for a tracking number that THEY gave me and THEY cannot find. Please refund my money or setup a return. I do not have another order number Ive given you what ** gave me. I am simply requesting you do good business and fix this issue. As a customer I can do nothing about you being unable to find the order number YOU provided me with.

    Subject: Formal Complaint Order #********* Not Received To whom it may concern,I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my order #********* placed with Fashion Nova on March 24, 2025. The order status has shown On Its Way since March 28, 2025, but until today, I have not received the shipment.I have sent multiple emails over the past months, but received no response at all. This complete lack of communication is unacceptable and very frustrating.I contacted ******, the shipping company, and they confirmed that the shipment (Tracking No: ***********) was never received from your end.     To Whom It May Concern,I am filing a formal complaint against Fashion Nova regarding my order (#*********), which was estimated to be delivered on July 25, 2025. Fashion Nova claims the package is in transit with *** and on schedule, yet when I contacted *** directly, I was informed that the package has not moved from its original shipping location. This raises serious concerns that the item was either never shipped or has been sitting idle without proper tracking or movement.Fashion Novas customer service provided a generic tracking link and advised me to wait until the end of the day, with no guarantee of resolution. This is unacceptable and leaves me with no real understanding of where my package is or whether it was shipped at all.I am formally requesting:1.Immediate proof of where my package currently is (with documentation from *** or Fashion Nova),2.Proof of delivery (if the item is claimed to have been delivered),3.Or, if neither can be provided, a full refund issued immediately.This lack of transparency and delayed action reflects poor customer service and leaves the burden entirely on the customer to chase answers.     I placed an order on 7/24/25 at around 7pm for items. After checking out I noticed that my account was linked to an old address in a different state. I contacted the company immediately letting them know that I would either need to cancel or change my delivery address because even if delivered I would not be able to pick it up as I am now **************************************************************************** cancel my order because of their fast delivery. The told me to contact *** and see what my options where.I contacted *** (I am a my choice premium member) and they informed me that they would change my address but cannot do the the restrictions fashion nova placed on the shipping label. Fashion nova gave me no solution at all on this matter. And all they say is there is nothing they can do wait until the items are delivered and then return them. How can I return the items if I am 12 hours away from where they are being delivered for one and two it was not my plan to return the items because I wanted them.Horrible customer service! Horrible!!!

    I made the purchase yesterday 7/24/25 at 7:09pm. my first email to the help center was at 7:15pm and I got my first response back at 7:29pm. I have went back and forth with customer service all night with no avail; Your customer service ***** has offered me no resolution besides contacts **** which I didnt they are unable to help. I understand that the shipping address mistake was mine but for a company so large to have no resolution to something that can easily be addressed and changed on your part is absurd.

    I placed an order on 7/9/25 in the amount of $435 for next day shipping ( next day shipping was free) I received my order 5 days later to find all my merchandise was not in the package. After I looked and seen that all my merchandise wasnt in the package. I went on fashion nova website see how I can contact customer service and it looked like the only way to contact them was through email. Once I emailed fashion, nova stated that I received my package, but all my items was not in my package and I took pictures of the packages I did receive along with the packages that the merchandise came in with the barcode number and sent them an email letting them know this is the only thing that I their response was my package was delivered, and all items was packaged properly. I then proceeded to reach out to *** to see if there was more than one box after talking to ***. They stated that only onebox was delivered and there wasnt two boxes. I then emailed fashion nova back and stated that I only received one box and I confirmed with ***that one box was delivered and that all my items was not in the package and there was no possible way that all my items could in the package because this was a small box and I ordered shoes. I told them that I will request either. I receive all my items or they can refund me my money for the items that I didntreceive they didnt proceed to say that after reviewing my claim that all my items was properly packed in the package and my order was delivered. This was very frustrating being that I spent $435 of my money and I wont receive the remaining of my items nor my money back. I did go through zip in order to purchase these items and how zip works is zip pays for the entire order and I pay backzip and installments. Zip had already took it out of my account $109 and they are supposed to take $109 every two weeks so now Im paying zip **** dont even have all of my items. I need something resolved about this ASAP. Pics items not received
