      I bought several individual courses, then they fraudulently charged my credit card for a full year subscription I never agreed to. Still trying to get a refund - may have to dispute through the credit card company. Can't believe it - I was a very happy customer until they pulled this scam!

      I have tried since April 20 (it's not July 12) trying to contact them about a refund, I always just get an automatic response saying things are taking longer than usual but they haven't forgotten about me and then there is never a follow up.I haven't used any of the credits, because I was waiting to hear from them to get my money back. The absolutely will not respond.

      Be warned!! Domestika shows an office address in *********** but lists a phone number in *********** that just goes to a recording directing the calls to the website. I signed up for a trial month of the ************ that would be charged at the end of the trial month. There was no fee amount listed in the renewal notification. There is no price listed anywhere on the website for the ************. Several emails requesting a price quote have gone unanswered. Looks like a scam so I cancelled before the trial period finished.

      Like many others, i was not aware that I was signing up for a "Plus" account until getting the charge appeared on my credit card. I immediately canceled thinking that they would refund the unused balance (like 11 months, 30 days), but no, my subscription will not auto renew in 2025. This is shameful.

      If I could give them a zero, I would actually Id give them -5 or 10 or whatever ****** is a big scam. It did the same thing to me that all the other people are complaining about it. It did it to me through PayPal. I have lodged appeals with PayPal to get my money back. I have reported them to the US fraud department so theyre on file and I feel its time for them to be prosecuted because theyre still advertising on ********* And I have never had a reply from Domestika, email nor phone nor website

      I will never buy another class from Domestika! Very shady company that puts you on a 30 day trial without you knowing and then charges you $99 for a year subscription after the trial period. There is no email to tell you that your trial is ending or even a notification that you just purchased a year subscription. I only found out because I looked at my credit card statements and found the charge. This daylight thievery is highly unethical and should not be allowed!

      I didn't sign up for the "Domestika Plus" subscription, and they recently charged me $99.99 for the annual renewal. There is absolutely no reminder that the subscription transaction is coming, so of course the company wants you to not realize that the transaction is going to be made. Once the transaction went through, there is an option to "Request a Refund," but this does absolutely nothing. There is no email submission, the phone number doesn't lead anywhere, and of course there's not even a chatbot to help. This company is a total scam, and I'll never do business with these pieces of slime. Companies like these are what give E-learning a bad name.

      This company has charged me $99.00 for a course I never signed up for. When I discovered this and attempted to contact the company I discovered they make it impossible for the consumer to personally contact any person or instructor involved with this company. They do not accept emails nor phone calls. It is impossible to communicate directly or even indirectly with them. The phone number listed with their company only gives a useless recording. Interesting that the phone number is listed for ******, ************ yet the mailing address is **************************. I am seriously considering sending a registered letter to see if this will get their attention. Extremely frustrated.

      This company billed me for a subscription of $99.99 that I did not request and Im having a very hard time getting it temived from my credit card. They are not responsive with the truth, give directions to request a refund where there is no possible way to do so.
