      I signed up for a $.99 month long trial for Domestika Plus on July 14, 2025. In my purchase receipt email, the company said that I would be automatically enrolled after 30 days if I did not cancel within that time frame. At the same time the company stated that I would be sent an email reminder 7 days before the end of the trial. I did not receive this notification and as a result I was automatically enrolled and charged $349 on August 14. When I requested a refund noting the lack of notification, I was told to read the refund documents and was told my cancellation would apply to my renewal for 2026. Even more frustrating was that there was no way to phone the company or talk with anyone in **************** directly. I also tried to get ***********, my credit card company, to intervene with Domestika. After filing the necessary paperwork, they also denied my claim for a refund. I am sending you my cover letter to *********** which provides more information. Of use to you may be the fact that Domestika filed a document that included information that company policy calls for customers to be notified after 15 and 21 days of the trial. Again, I was never sent either of these email notifications. Perhaps you can use this in your case against them. *********** was unwilling to pursue this. At this point, all I want is my refund of $349.

      On September 22, 2025, Domestika Inc. charged my ****** account $362.64 USD without my authorization.I never activated or agreed to any free trial or subscription with Domestika. All my courses were purchased individually and paid in full. It was never clear or transparent that an automatic renewal or subscription would be created after two years using my ****** information.I never signed or received any contract from Domestika. After more than two years without any communication or activity, this unexpected charge appeared without notice or consent.I immediately canceled the payment through ******, but the amount still appears in my ****** balance. I also sent a registered letter (Einschreiben) to Domestikas office in *********, but I have received no reply.This charge is unauthorized and unacceptable. I request that Domestika refund the full amount and confirm the cancellation of any supposed subscription.This conduct appears misleading and may violate fair consumer protection practices.

      This company charged me 349 dollars for a subscription that I did not authorize and provide no help or any way to get the money returned. They used my ****** for the charge and I did not authorize this. Ive found multiple complaints on Reddit of people with the same problem, this is fraudulent and not ok to get money from people in this way

      Hi ,
      Last month in September, I signed up for a “free trial “ for a month with Domestika for creative classes .. A month later , I am charged $349 for a year subscription , on October 4 thru ****** . I never signed up for this course or push a buy button and I cannot afford it . !!! I tried to email them several times - no response !! I only got an automated response says no refunds . ****** refused to refund me also . This is very deceptive practices . Also the phone number they have is automated without anyone answering. When I signed uo ai didn’t know they automatically would charge me after a month . Also there are tons of people having same issues with domestika . And even a fraud group on ******** that domestika managed to delete . I just want my $$ back and want nothing else to do with them . It’s a horrible company . I’ve attached some statements from others with similar problems with the company . You can see it’s a repeated problem .

      I am filing this complaint regarding an unauthorized and misleading charge for a Domestika Plus annual subscription (Order: C48466389T31364766) applied to my account without my clear consent. The subscription was effectively forced on me through unclear checkout processes that did not explain I was signing up for an automatic annual membership.I have not used any of the Domestika Plus content or benefits, as this subscription was unwanted. I only became aware of the ****** charge after the renewal processed on 12-08-2025. I hesitated to cancel during the free trial because I was afraid of losing access to previously purchased courses and credits, as Domestika tightly links access to an active subscription.Domestika promises to send a reminder email 7 days before the trial ends, but I never received any such notice. This failure deprived me of a real chance to cancel before being ********** numerous attempts to get help from Domestika customer service went unanswered until I involved ******. Their response ignored the lack of reminder, the unclear subscription consent, and my legal rights, including the 14-day cooling-off period under ** law.Many others worldwide share similar experiences of surprise renewals, absent reminders, poor customer service, and refusal of refunds.I request BBBs help to secure a full refund and ensure Domestika adopts clearer, fairer subscription ************** regards,******** ****** - ** Meath - *******

      A year and a month ago, in 2024, I clicked to subscribe to a 30 day trial of their ************* at the end of which I'd have to decide to stay or not. As these type of trials go, I'd forgotten about it (and had not even used their service during those 30 days), and was charged a full year subscription. At the time I went into my account and cancelled the service and wrote to the company, as instructed online for queries, to try to resolve this charge for a service I did not want or had used. They never got back to me. I made sure I cancelled the service/subscription, then a year later (September 2025) I was charged the yearly subscription again, after I had gone into the account and cancelled it. Apparently I had two accounts with them, and when I clicked to activate it on one, it activated the ************ on both, but when I cancelled it on one it did not cancel for both. I've tried to get a hold of anyone directly, on their telephone line and on email to no avail. I did get some automated reply that sends the client on a loop, meaning they sent me a link to the page where they state there are no refunds. No one answers their telephone, no one has tried to help me resolve this, despite the fact that I have not used their service since the first cancelation two years ago (on either account). This ************ is predatory in nature. They offer it at 0.9% of the full price and offer no reminder before the 30 days are up, or a confirmation to proceed email for the transaction, and then they are not available to deal with their clients. The charge this time was an additional $60 dollars (the service was $109.00 originally). I've opened a claim with my bank, and blocked them from my ****** account. I will never buy anything else from this company nor recommend it to anyone, and I would like a refund for this charge that should not have gone through.

      I signed up for a free trial with Domestika, i understood that if not cancelled i would be charged for the month, however they charged for a full year of service, i cancelled the next day of the charge (9/19) however they are refusing to refund, i have not and will not use the service, they have charged $350 for a service i will not use. They only reply with the same information every time i have emailed them. i consider this is an illegal practice, forcing customers to pay for a service they will not use and refusing to refund their money

      I, like thousands of other people, saw an ad for craft courses on ********, for .99 cents. When I clicked on it, I saw that it used ****** as a payment option, so I assumed that meant it was safe from **** and fraud behavior, and that paying for that course was paying FOR THAT COURSE and nothing else. About a month later, I saw another ad for something else for $5.99. I had not accessed the first course yet because life is busy, but again, its cheap, and why not?I was charged for that course, and immediately charged $349 for a "Plus" subscription. Domestica does not respond except for a boilerplate 'sorry about your luck but enjoy your subscription' auto email.I have reported this to ******, who has received thousands of these complaints. I spent over two hours on the phone today repeating the same information to agent after agent after "supervisor" after "supervisor" only to get the same "well, we have to investigate butif the seller says you signed up..." so I'm not holding out much hope there. This company is in **********. They are using bait and switch tactics. That should be something we can get addressed. I will also contact the attorney general in **********, and recommend everyone who got scammed by Domestika should do the same. If we flood them with complaints, they will look into it.

      I bought an online course from Domestika on 8/20/2025 through internet. The receipt has the date 8/21/2025. On 9/20/2025, I see $349 being paid to Domestika through ******, for Plus membership. I have no recollection of consenting for an Annual membership of this amount. This service is of no use to me. Immediately I wrote to Domestika customer service on 9/20/2025 and next day I receive an email which links to subscription policy in Spanish. I responded back to the them immediately of the mistake and they have not responded to my email. I also reported to ****** but they have denied my claim.

      I received a charge for $349 and cannot find an invoice in my email to confirm what the charge is for. Domestika will not respond to my requests and will not grant me a refund.Refund is against their policy so it would be nice to have warning emails that you'll be charged and be transparent about upcoming charges. Also there has been no response and I cannot find a proof of what was purchased.Even ****** is being unhelpful in sharing the information that Domestika is providing them to prove their end of the dispute.If there's an account that has a Plus Subscription using my ****** account I can't seem to find it and Domestika won't give me that information.
