    I cut up part of my blender and filed for a new one due to a recall about a year ago. I still have not received my replacement. I have reached out to them many times. They just give me excuses as to why I have not received it yet.

    I am rejecting this response because: blend jet has been telling me the same thing about how they are working on sending replacement for a year now. I think one year is plenty of time to send me a replacement part. I have not been able to use my blender for the past year.

    After the massive recall of blenders, Blendjet has failed to communicate any updates regarding g my replacement item. The last communication was in May 2024. The replacement order was submitted in December 2023.

    No where within the response does the company provide a timeline of when the replacement kits will distributed.  
    I have been waiting over a year, which is crazy.  My neighbor already received her kit and she submitted her claim 9 days prior to me.  

    Im asking for a date, a commitment from BJ on when my kit will arrive.

    My Blendjet blender is on the recall list but there is no response from the company nor does their phone number work. I have tried repeatedly to make contact. Even through social . No response yet to this day! I am filing a complaint in regards to their recall stating to stop using this immediately. Mine was in storage and I had called in upon receiving that letter and he told me to call back whenever I located it inmy storage unit. It was brand new and never used yet. Now I cannot get a response from anyone at the company. Please help! would like a replacement that is not hazardous to catch on fire. I no longer have my original receipt, but I purchased it at ******. I need help please. Thank you!

    I submitted my recall request in March 2024, over a year ago, and was promised a replacement would be sent out in early March 2024. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive any form of shipment, tracking information, or even an adequate update on the status of my ************** date, I have been patient and understanding, acknowledging your companys challenges with supply chain issues and delays. However, this delay has gone on far beyond what is reasonable. The lack of transparency, communication, and accountability from your team is utterly *************** make matters worse, I have since moved to a new address and no longer have access to the original part of the unit. Given how much time has passed, it is completely unreasonable to expect me to still have the original unit on hand. I now request that you send me a completely new Blendjet unit rather than attempting to fulfill a replacement based on the original part.I am well aware that smaller companies can face challenges, but this level of neglect towards your customers is inexcusable. I have been more than patient, but it is now clear that Blendjet is either unwilling or incapable of meeting the promises made regarding this recall.I demand that you address this issue promptly. I expect to receive a confirmation that a new Blendjet unit will be sent to my new address immediately, with tracking information provided. I would appreciate a personal response from you or someone in a leadership position who can take responsibility for resolving this issue once and for all.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I appreciate your response, but unfortunately, it does nothing to address the core issueI have been waiting for my replacement for over a year with no resolution. I understand that BlendJet is working with the *************************************** (CPSC) and that testing is required before distribution, but this does not excuse the complete lack of transparency, accountability, or urgency in handling my case.
    Your response suggests that my satisfaction is a "priority," yet I have received nothing but repetitive, generic responses with no actual commitment to shipping my replacement. I have followed all necessary steps, waited far beyond what is reasonable, and exercised patience despite BlendJet failing to uphold its end of the recall.
    Additionally, due to the excessive delay, I have since moved to a new address and no longer have the original part.Since this delay was entirely caused by BlendJet, I am now demanding that a complete BlendJet unit be sent to my updated address. Expecting customers to hold onto defective parts indefinitely is entirely unrealistic given the extreme length of this delay.
    I need a clear and immediate resolution. I request:
    Immediate confirmation that my replacement order is being processed.
    A firm shipping date and tracking information once available.
    Confirmation that my replacement will be sent in full to my new address.
    I expect a direct response with a real solution, not another template apology. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate further.

    Blendjet had a recall of my blender. They had me cut the ring to disable to blender and send pictures to them to confirm that it could no longer be used. In January of 2024 I sent them my first email because I was waiting for my replacement blender. I have since emailed them numerous times, as well as filled out surveys that were sent to me, and I always get a response that they are replacing them as quickly as they can. The blenders continue to be sold in the store and this is well over 1 year that I am waiting for my replacement.

    Purchased blendjet blender 11/16/21 Order #******* $42.46 USD Received safety recall notice 12/28/23 Followed all instructions in the email. Never heard back from Blendjet, never received replacement blender.Reached out 7/16/24 Asked when I will receive replacement blender. Blendjet response: "We want to assure you that your order is not lost. Many orders, including your replacement, are currently on hold. We are actively working to resolve these issues and will continue processing and shipping base kits as soon as inventory is available. Rest assured, you do not need to create a new replacement request. Your order is in progress and will be processed once base kit processing resumes fully. Once your base kit ships, you will receive an email with the tracking details. While we do not have a specific timeframe for the shipment at this moment, we appreciate your continued patience and understanding as we work to fulfill your order."Reached out again 11/23/2024 Asked when the replacement will arrive and asked if I could have a refund instead. Blendjet response: "I am afraid we still do not have an exact date for them to arrive. While I'm not able to provide a specific ETA or date when this will ship, I can absolutely promise that we're putting a ton of effort into getting out replacements. We are still not authorized to issue refunds or upgrades (full new units) for any recall units. We understand this may be disappointing news, but we are committed to resolving this matter. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships."I will take a replacement blender (in lilac, as they asked what color I would like when I filled out their recall form), but I would prefer a refund.Please note: The Blender cost $42.26 USD and I am unable to write that in the cost field. I wrote the CAD amount.

    My husband purchased the BlendJet 2 blender. Shortly after, he received a recall for the blade. He was told to cut the blade's rubber seal, rendering the blender useless. He was instructed to take a picture of the destroyed seal and the company would send a replacement blade. However, it's been a year and we still haven't received the replacement blade. So for the past year, we've been unable to use the blender we purchased. The company initially said they need more time to provide the blade replacements, but in the last few months, we reach out with no response via email. Based on an Internet search, this is a common problem - consumers being promised the replacement part and never receiving it.

    Im writing because there was a recall for blendjet blenders. I owned an eligible one and was told in an email to destroy it and throw it away and supply photographs of this process and they would replace it in several weeks. I have still not received my blender and any concourse with the company has felt like excuses without any positive result. This started in January of 2024.

    I am rejecting this response because:I have sent all the forms and Documents . I have many emails and Records of our corespondence.  We followed their directions  and destroyed the unit a took pictures. Why is it so hard to send the base part. You continue to sell new units and give us the runaround!!! We were told in the attached emails that we would recieve the new unit in 4-6 weeks.  All we want is what we paid for. Going on 2 years and we get the same lame email responses. Its not even about the unit anymore its about a bad business. Its all over the internet as you continue to do the same thing to many other blend jet customers and its not right. Im the one that bought the unit for my wife. Please take care of people that purchased your product. Its not hard. Send the replacement

    My BlendJet was recalled in 2024. In April 2024 I filed for a replacement, sent pictures of my destroyed unit, and have still not received a replacement almost a year later.
