    I have three units of BlendJets that were recalled in January 2024. As of today, January 19, 2025, I haven't received any replacement. I contacted the company but have not received a response.     I am rejecting this response because:

    This company continues to sell the up-to-date products on lone, but not willing to fill up the recall which took place more than a year ago. 

    They should do better if they truly put the customer interest first.  Since the company couldn't give a definite date, I would rather take refund.

    The item that was purchased was recalled. We destroyed the item as requested and submitted a recall via the BlendJet website. After multiple attempts to contact the company and nearly a year of waiting for a replacement, we see no other option for remedy than to file a complaint. This company is not fulfilling the replacement items while they are advertising new items for sale. This is unethical and we either want our money back or the replacement item shipped immediately.

    December 31, 2023, I submitted a request for a replacement blender from Blendjet due to a safety recall from their company. On January 4,, 2024 the company sent an email that it is delayed on a brief hold. Another email they sent April 9, 2024 stated there was a delay due to supply chain issues. As of todays date, I still have not received a replacement blender and there have been no updates since January 4, 2024. This company continues to advertise and send out brand new blenders to customers., In order for customers to qualify for this recall replacement, we had to show them proof that we rendered our current blender unusable, which I did. I dont understand how they can continue to send out new blenders to new customers, but cannot provide replacements to already existing customers. It has been over a year since I requested the replacement . This company needs to be held accountable for its actions.

    There was a recall on the blend jet. You were to cut the rubber seal on the product, send a photo that you did for the recall and they would send you a new replacement base. I did this on January 15, 2024. I received a response that a replacement would be sent as soon as possible. I followed up on March 5, 2024 and received a response they were having supply issues. Followed up again on July 5 asking for a credit since no replacement has been issued. I did not receive a response. Followed up again on December 21, still no product.

    I am rejecting this response because:  It has been over a year (1/15/24) to get a replacement base, I still do not have one.  I am asking for a refund.  I will send the defective item back if needed if shipping is paid for.  At this point, I do not believe I will ever receive the replacement from this company.

    I bought a 2-pack BlendJet from ****** Sep 2023. With the recall message for one of the 2 units I purchased, I sent that recalled BlendJet to manufacturer as per their guideline Jan 2024 and that Id get replacement by March 2024. We have followed up multiple times. Theyve been claiming supply chain issues more months. This is unacceptable. I purchased a product that I havent been able to use for months now and its past the stores return policy. This is unacceptable. I demand a full refund from this company that operating fraudentlyliterally made me send back my product under false pretense that there was a safety issue with the unit and that Id be sent a replacement in a reasonable time. Nearly one year is not a reasonable time. I want my money back plus the interest on it for the entire period since Ive not had my BlendJet. My daughter previously filed and your response to BBB was that you can only talk to me, so here I am having to re-do this so you can actually address this issue.

    I purchased 2 Blendjet portable blenders and was notified after a few months they had to be recalled, I followed instructions and destroyed my units on the 9th March 2024. It has been over 9 months and several emails to the company and now getting an email reply saying no known date for replacement Serial numbers are ********** and ********** I even notified a change of address and was again told they were working on it but 6 months has passed since that date.After checking further online it seems there are many people with the same problem. **********************************************************************************************************************

    Blendjet issued a recall on their product over 1 year ago. Upon receipt, I followed the directions provided to remove the hazardous pieces. Its now been a year in which blendjet has not replaced said pieces after stating the replacement could **** * weeks soon after there was an email that said it could **** * months. Now its been a year and theyre now ignoring email inquiries.

    I ordered a Blendjet 2 blender in late 2022 for my wife for Christmas. About a year later in January 2024 I was told there was a recall on the blender base. I was to send a picture of the base in an inoperable state (destroying a piece so it couldn't turn on) and they would send me a replacement at their earliest convenience. I emailed them every few months over the last year asking where the replacement base was and they claimed they had supply issues. However the same blenders are readily available at ******* and on their website for purchase. To claim they don't have the supply to fufill the recall order is unacceptable. I request the help of the BBB to have Blendjet replace the base to my blender so I can finally use it again after a year.

    I received a safety recall notice for two BlendJet blenders that we owned on 12/28/23. I followed the instructions for both and placed my orders for the replacements on 12/29/23. I received one of the replacements in March of 2024 and got an email that the second order should have been arriving by June of 2024. As of January, 2025, I have yet to receive or hear anything about the second order. I have contacted customer service but am only told that they have no idea when the new order might arrive. They are selling the same blenders on their website. I have been offered nothing from the company.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The company has offered nothing new to resolve this issue.  They asked me to destroy my product, claiming it to be unsafe, and offered to send a replacement.  It has been nearly 14 months and I have received neither a replacement, nor an offer for a refund.  The company continues to sell the same product on their website.  They have offered no indication as to when I might expect a replacement.  I have also since moved and attempted to update my address with them, but did not receive any official notification that shows they have corrected the address in their system.
