My 2020 ***** crv engine was damaged by jiffy lube technician after taking my car for oil change and filter. I paid cash for I was given a fake invoices. 10 minutes after leaving from jiffy lube my shaking and smelling like burn oil on the freeway my skip plate drop almost making crash. Right all way I called jiffy lube and i let ******************************* supervisor what had happened he said just bring it back so that what I did they took my skip plate and clean the oil from the engine. They said to come back the next day because they can't find me in the system. I ask for liability insurances but it was alway denied. I spoke with ***** from ******** enterprise)******* manager from jiffy lube. I was ignored at the beginning so I text Gorge with video from my dash cam and pictures when I was they did the oil change. Gorge agreed to paid for the skip plate an clean engine and clean my car from the inside remove burn oil smell and refund my money for the oil change and filter. When I try ro ask for liability insurances Gorge stop answering my call after I spoke to all (******* ******** enterprise) ***************** inform me that the invoices was fake. After sending my videos. ***************** said just to deal with **** from ******** enterprise. So I did I call her to see if the could provide liability insurance she denied. And said that **** was fired for doing fraud by keeping the cash and providing a estimate as an invoices. She said I have no proof so to stop calling or she was going to call immigration on me. I'm a ** citizens. So I ca the B.A.R to file the complaint. After B.A.R investigate when ******** enterprise **** call the police to make fake police reports as retaliation for me filing the complaint with ****** jiffy Lube denied to provide liability insurance. ******** enterprise **** said I should go back to my country and that she was going to send immigration foe me.
