On June 20th, 2019 the Kern County District Attorney’s Office filed a Complaint for Civil Penalties, Restitution, Injunction and Other Relief before the County of Kern – Metropolitan Division of The Superior Court of the State Of California. Charges filed allege the business is in violation of state law under the Unfair Competition Law and the False Advertising Law.
