      I am thankful for their services. I would never have known there was unclaimed money for me. The office was helpful with explaining what paperwork was required. After submitting the paperwork and after a period of time I received a check in the mail. I am glad they are providing this service.

      i would just like to find out What this unclaimed property is from! All I hear is "You answered an investigator's questions last October and this is from that" WHAT? How does that help me know what these funds are from! It's very frustrating.

      Timeframe to meet claim resolution was not met. I was not contacted by Payne Richards, however, the response to my inquiry was timely and informative.

      I first got a letter in January 2024 and then another on February 2024 asking for the same information. Now it's May 2024 and when I checked on the claim number, it advised me to file a claim. I already did that. I think there is some kind of scam going on.
