      I give Payne Richards & Associates a four-star rating for helping me to recover my claims; however, it takes quite a while (4 months) for the process to be completed.

      I am very appreciative that you found me and that I was able to recover money that I had over paid to child support. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. I had no problems with my lawyer and I rate a 10. Everyone was courteous and helpful!!!!

      I appreciate the information they provided so I could get the unclaimed money. I had searched the unclaimed money website in the past and never found anything.

      this is such a sleezy organization to charge me a 10 % fee to collect Mass money held at the state treasurers office when i can just go on line and get this with NO FEE AT ALL. WHAT A RIP OFF!! they even sent me a "friendly notification" that my money was being held by a third party trust account. THAT THIRD PARTY IS THE ***** OF *************!!! And they claim that their investigators DISCOVERED THIS MONEY held by the third party trust account. it is actually public information which is readily available to anyone to see.this organization should be shut down due to their sleezy and misleading letters and advertising!!

      Do NOT reply to their letter concerning your unclaimed property. They are just a third party company searching the government website for unclaimed property or funds (of significant amount) to try to make money - in fact, 10% of YOUR money! Instead, go yourself to the official goverment website for unclaimed property for the respective state (there is even a website where you can search all states at the same time) and search with your name - then it is as simple as pushing the CLAIM button online to start the claim - for free! In my case the funds were over $3k - and this company would have invoiced me for over $300 for doing nothing but pushing that same claim button! Even if that is not a scam in the eyes of the law, it feels like a scam to me, and I do not understand how BBB can give them an A-plus rating?
