- Refund and Exchange Policy
ACE does not issue refunds for medical services provided, however, our Optical Department will gladly accept returns from private pay patients within 10 days of the original purchase date. Please note that all such returns are subject to a non-refundable 35% return fee. Returns on eyewear purchases older than 10 days cannot be accepted.
