I received an email response later that day stating the following: "Thank you for being a member. friendly reminder Triad, requires a 30 day notice to cancel, final billing 02/15/2023 membership valid thru 03/14/2023". It has been over a year now since I requested to cancel and I am still getting charged a monthly rate of $22/month with the most current one being today 04/16/24. Their website states in their cancellation policy the option to cancel via written request OR filling out the online form, which I did, as evident through the email response. I am requesting a refund for the 14-month charges following my cancellation date and to speak to an appropriate representative but my request has been ignored. The amount I am owed to date that has continued to be charged to my bank account totals: $308.
