    They came onto my property while my gates and doors were locked, and disconnected my propane tank because they had old payment information, I paid the bill as soon as I noticed, but pretty sure its illegal to enter someones locked property especially when Im not present. Also want to add no notice was provided to try and get the payment issue resolved before disconnecting my gas line

    Customers check for balance due was returned as NSF. Customer also tried to pay via a debit/credit card which came back as declined. Customer was contacted on 5/15/24 at ****** via telephone to inform them that their payment had been unsuccessful. customer did not answer and a voice message was left explaining the situation. The following day, 5/16/24, a technician was dispatched to customer location to lock company-owned tank as the product that was delivered had not been paid for and customer non-communication with our office. Customer presented at our office today to make payment in person and tank was unlocked within hours of that transaction.
