Date of the transaction: 8/27/2022 Amount paid to the business $635 (amount does not include wizard of oz picture, entrance fee and the refund of September fee and 2 shirt recital fees) Business committed to provide a service of teaching my children dance techniques in Ballet/ Tab and Hip-hop The nature of my dispute is that ***** ****** the owner of the studio caused my 2 children (8 and 5-year-old) to suffer an aggressive verbal assault, humiliation, intimidation and she placed her hands on my 5-year-old son as she pushed him out of the office in front of his classmates, staff and moms. ***** ****** publicly humiliated my family with no remorse In addition, the studio had a performance in which my 8-year-old took pictures on 4/22/2022, and as of 9/1/22 I have not received my pictures nor has ***** given me any reason as to why the delay. On that same day of 8/27/22 we tried to fix the difference and she continued with her aggressive verbal assault and the infamous phrase ““tomayto, tomahto” and I will pull Athena out from taking her picture and give you a refund.” However, then refuse to give me a refund at that moment. ***** then wrote a check for a refund for September fee and 2 shirt recital fees, mailed it and again failed to mention the status of my daughter pictures. (Please note that there are cameras that captured her actions on my son and family from start of when my son was taking picture till, we went back again for my daughter’s picture appointment) As a result, to *****’s humiliation to my family I suggested that she gives my family a full refund and not just September fee and 2 recital shirts fee. This money will them be used to place my kids in another studio that will treat them professionally and not humiliate or discriminate against them. I also want my daughters 4/22/2022 wizard of oz picture taken mailed to me as soon as possible. Account name is under my nick name “**** ******”
