    Lets start by making very clear that I wish I could give this company a negative star because they dont even deserve the 1 star I was forced to leave for this review. *************, steer clear from them. My husband spent endless hours on the phone with **** ***** (alias name since theyre all low life Indians with a very heavy accent). Website was online for a couple of months until they intentionally deleted the site and tried to blame us for the site to be offline. He paid $4k to have it built, and now they wanted another 1k to put it back online. Do yourself a favor and find a serious company, these ppl are ALL scammers using American names, address and phone #s, but are all working from a rat hole somewhere in *****.

    Since October 2023, we signed on with this company and paid fees to cover the website hosting and renewal of domain fees for a 10-year contract. In October 2024, these thieves shut down our website because we would not l[provide them any more money for made-up expenses. Every 3 weeks, they'd email or call to tell us that we had to submit payment for malware protection or some other made-up expense. These folks are SCAMMERS!!! Stay Away from them at all costs.

    First contacted in November 2023 to design a website for a new business. Shortly after signing up for $299 ******* contacted me to pay addition money $990 for site enhancements. The dev site was sent to me for review and after a few weeks I gave ok to publish the site. At that time I was informed that I would need to pay an additional $1500 to further enhancements-- I refused and ******* who'd been friendly became RUDE. A week later, he sent a text requesting a call in which he offered a CMS tool at $3000--- I refused, and he became irate and ultimately stopped responding to me. to date I do not have a website nor my money back. The pricing is not upfront and you are upsold during every contact. SCAM

    Hmmm, Website Dezk.. At first i was not so sure because the person i initially spoke with was bein gto pushy, telling me to sign up. However, i did sign up and never regretted since then, now i have a catch logo with a classy website. Thanks guys.!

    Everything ***** said in his review is exactly almost word for word happened to me ,***** and ****** work together to scam you, when I asked them for pictures of Etsy shops they designed ***** ( or so he says thats his name??) he sent me random pictures of shops on Etsy designed by shop owners they never heard of websitedezk.com!! Both ***** an ************************* cant come up with anything their company has done lie after lie, ***** said he would treat me like his mother, told me fake stories that his family in ****** were killed and are dying from the earthquake, to gain your trust and sympathy, cant get ahold of them scammed me for ******!! Im a senior Citizen try to start a little business for myself, they cleaned out my account, when I asked ***** about ****** review he said it was a x-employee, not to worry about it that he was on trustworthy ?? he is not a honest person!!PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCAM YOU!! Listen to ***** and me, if you ask him about *************** review he will say were x employees.I have not heard from them in days. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS BE WARE OF WEBSITEDEZK.COM
