    Desired Resolution:I am requesting full administrative access to our website without any additional charges, as our organization has already paid for all necessary services including development, hosting, domain registration, and lifetime maintenance. I also request that this company stop making any further demands for payment.

    We paid Website Dezk to design and host our website under a 5-year hosting package. When we recently learned that the website was not accessible, we contacted Wesite Dezk, they informed us that the hosting package expired, and in order to restore the site, they would need a payment of $1,500 and the login credentials for our domain host. We responded that the website package would not expire until 2027 and provided the company with a copy of our invoice/reciept showing that we paid for a 5 year hosting plan which had not expired. The company then revised the reason for taking down the website, stating that the bandwidth had been exceeded, and that the site could not be restored unless we pay $1,500 for unlimited bandwith. We informed the company, that as a small non-profit corporation, we have very limited data usage and website traffic, and the hosting plan we purchased included 10 TB of bandwith, which would be nearly impossible for us to exceed. The company has refused to reinstate our website unless we pay $1500 for unlimited bandwith. In reading reviews on the company, afterthefact, it appears that this is a common company practice. Because we purchased a 5 year hosting plan with the company recommended bandwidth, we should not have to purchase addtional bandwith to have our website restored. Without a website presence our operations are being negatviely impacted. Accordingly, we request the company to restore our website in accordance with the services we paid for.

    The company used my website content and information stating that they provided a service for my business. On their website it shows that a person by the name of ******* provided a statement stating the work they completed for my business and that is false. No one by the name of ******* has ever worked for us nor has a statement ever been provided by my business. My business has never worked with this business nor has any work been done by this company in any form. This is defamation of character and I am seeking legal counsel.

    ** May 2022 I placed an order for building a website at the price $299 that was originally offered on the website (*************************************) and also confirmed over the phone when speaking over the phone when speaking with representative. Later during the month they reached out to me and stated that to finish building the website it will require additional payments. So I paid $7099,00 in total. after several phone conversations with the representative my website was not build the way I asked him, it looked very ugly. Considering that price they made me pay was extremely higher than initially offered and the design of the website they offered to me after working on it (which looked like a joke), I told them that i want all my funds back and i don't want their service anymore. They refused to send me refund, i had to seek for the manager contact for a while, then manager ******** reached to me, she promised to send me back some funds during the 30 days (it was approximately in September 2022). Until today ( 26 April 2023) I still haven't received my refund. Would you be able to assist me with that?

    I represent a small equestrian organization, Inland Empire ************************* (IEHJA), we entered into a contract with Website Dezk in April 20,2022, to update our website. The contract guarantees 100% satisfaction and cancellation at any time. Per their verbal agreement the website would be turnkey and operational upon completion ad would run using our existing web host and domain provider. I was assured that no further costs would be associated with the completion of the contract. There were immediate problems with the concept development, and they demanded we purchase a new monthly maintenance service ($400/month) to operate the system. When I complained that this violated the contract terms, I was connected to a new design developer that assured me that they would correct the issues. I would send all the information requested to the new designer. I would call and email and never hear from that **************. this happened 5-6 times. I requested a refund from each designer I was shuffled to via email and phone call (i have records of all this). I have been requesting a refund for 9 months. I finally received a verbal commitment from both ***************************** and ********************* via phone that a refund was in their financial section and would be forth coming. Of course, I have not received any refund and the company now either blocks my number or hangs up on me when I call. Belatedly I have searched the Secretary of State website and cannot find any business registration information. I also viewed their address via street view and find it to be an apartment complex. I am at an end to what I can do as an individual and want to file fraud charges against the company. I want my initial payment of $1500 refunded for failure to comply with the contract and secondly $1500 for lost business (membership fees, horse show registrations), lack of business consistency, lack of ability to contact our customers, and for my personal aggravation.
