Return Policy For AOR Wireless LLC:
Routers, hotspots, and all other physical items: The refund/ return policy for these item is 14 days from the date of purchase presuming that the item condition is "like new" and all materials are returned with the unit (box, papers, etc). Customer shall pay for return shipping with a tracking number and obtaining an RMA from AOR Wireless LLC.
Internet Service (AT&T or Verizon): Internet service is not refundable for any reason. The service is a pre-paid month-to month service that has no contract and may be cancelled at any time. AOR Wireless is able and willing to answer any and all question you may have, as well as to assist with any difficulties you may experience. We ask that you be sure of your purchase before placing your order as it cannot be refunded for any reason.
