    What connection do you have with CTI ******************* There is a major communication barrier between you and them. I've been waiting since March of 2023 to get my medical claim paid to me. You keep calling but I am deaf. I've sent numerous letters and messages to them without response or resolution. This shows total disregard and incompetence. ***************************, RN

    DO NOT USE DATAFIED!!! I requested medical records of my father. I completed the required forms and paid the fee to obtain the records. Communications with this company is unbelievable and frustratingthe grammar and sentence structure were incomplete. When I finally received an email with the medical records, it was NOT my fathers!! They sent me SOMEONE ELSES medical records! Im pretty sure that is a violation of HIPAA laws. When I called and finally connected with the individual that sent me the wrong medical records, her response was oh, I must have clicked on the wrong name. My fathers last name starts with the letter T and the records I received was for individual whose last name was the letter G. The *** were even different. I did not even consider contacting the company to tell them of my experience or to alert them of the level of work that their employees are doing. I feel a review and a warning to potential individuals that are seeking to obtain medical records would be better!

    This has to be the most annoying company I have ever had to deal with. I work in a small 3-4 person medical office. They call almost everyday. Sometimes 4 to 7 times a day asking for medical records. I know they are doing their job but really guys 7 times in 1 day to ask the same information. Do you have these patients, what's your fax number. can I confirm you have the patients we are asking for. 1) This ties up phone lines, and 2) This takes up time for my staff when we are overwhelmed with patients. I've gotten to the point where I have to hang up on them. If I could file a complaint or take them to court for harassment I would. I don't know who hires these guys but they need to get ****************. H*** we get medical record requests from insurance companies and they don't call even half as much at Datafied. What I really hate is multiple times I have asked them not to call on Mondays as that's the most busy day for my office and they still continue to call.
