    I have entered and asked to be contacted on my cell phone ************** by on this form I see my old landline # which I never use, why is that there? I have corrected. Feb. 21,2024 transaction for Medical files and MRI (CD) of Rt. shoulder. Called 10 days after order date everyday there after. I was always told it was being released the day of call. I was guided through ordering process by your Rep. ****** info for 2 Drs. from 1 group. Order was for PDF emailed w/ med. records and CD of MRI right Shoulder mailed to me. ***** days later I did rec. PDF med. records and in mail days later CD also of PDF med. records. Never rec'd Shoulder images. This caused me to have to cxl my Dr. ************ This process included several calls to your Co.,Several messages left w/ no return calls. Each time I provided my Cell # to be used. PDF file was not clear and much of it not legible w/o zooming. I was told repeatedly Congress Ortho. sent them that way or Congress was difficult to work with. Always blame somewhere else. Did speak to a rep. who said someone would contact me re: refund for what was not rec'd. To this date can't get through to anyone on phone and no messages answered. Very disappointed with entire process. Can't understand why I spend so much time trying to get your company to correct this your problem.

    Requested Medical Records to be obtained by this co - pd $74.00 on 1/7/23 - supposed to be received or info in **** days - I emailed them on 1/26/23 - stated they were still processing- emailed again on 2/3/23 - QA person responds states waiting on the CDs which I didnt request- just the reports/records- I emailed again 2/22/23 - then received voicemail stating I needed to give permission to pay $64.20 more to release the records - I have asked again for my refund and will pay no more.

    I received a release from this company requesting a clients records for court proceedings. I responded right away and have confirmation that records were sent. In fact, they were sent on multiple occasions. Yet, this company calls me everyday saying that they have not received the records. They also call and fax my colleague daily even though we are both private, independent practioners. They have been notified by both of us that my colleague has no association on my practice other than that we share office space. They continue to harass her, as well as myself. I have even attempted to reach out to the attorney that they claim to work for but the email provided by them for the attorney comes back as undeliverable. This has been going on for months!

    Datafied has been harrassing our non-profit repeatedly, calling various staff members some with no ability to fulfull records requests. They seem to have outsourced their records requests overseas but do not have efficient procedures in place to make their communication systems function properly. We are not a medical clinic, we are a mental health provider and they continuously bully us with requests for xrays, surgical reports, etc in spite of our corrective communications. We have complied multiple times with all requests. We have the fax confirmations and have called to notify them that records have been sent. The calls and bullying continue. I will also be reaching out to One *********************** who seems to have contracted with this company.
