    On July 7th, the customer purchased our ********************************* for $298. This service includes registration across major platforms such as ******, ******, *****, and ********** and integration with devices that support voice search functionality.
    At no point did we claim to be ****** or affiliated with any company other than APN Tech. Our representative clearly explained that we were assisting with ****** verificationa service handled by our internal support team.
    To avoid miscommunication, the full conversation was conducted in the customers native language to ensure all service terms, pricing, and expectations were clearly understood. The customer voluntarily provided full payment information, including card number, expiration date, and CVV, over the phone. This confirms that the purchase was knowingly and willingly authorized, and not fraudulent.
    In line with compliance standards, we submitted the customers business information to all relevant voice platforms on the same day of purchase. We also explained during the call that this process takes time and is not instant. A general timeframe for expected results was provided.
    We have not denied the customer a refund. We simply advised that, since the registration process was already initiated, we would need time to evaluate whether the service met the expectations outlined at the time of purchase. If the outcome falls short, we are prepared to issue a full refund per our policy.
    apnTech remains committed to resolving this matter professionally and transparently. We are open to continued dialogue with the customer to ensure a fair and reasonable outcome.

    I have a problem with the wrong doctors name showing up when we call people. I was told they could fix it. I paid them. After meeting with them they told me the old doctors information was all over the internet and they could not help for the price quoted. They record all conversations. Please make them pull the recordings. After my last meeting I was told they would have technical support reach out to me. I never heard anything from them. I reached out to get refund. They said no. They lied to get my credit card information. The receipt says voice registration but that is not what I signed up for. This company is full deceit and con artist. They will tell you what ever it it takes to get your credit card information.

    Mr. ******* enrolled in our ********************************* for $448. This service focuses on submitting a business's voice profile to platforms like Google Assistant, Siri, ****** and Cortana to improve recognition via voice-enabled devices. At no point did our representatives misrepresent the product or its scope. The receipt accurately reflects the service purchased.
    During the onboarding process, our team explained that caller ID name display issues are typically managed through the phone service provider (carrier) and not something our voice registration product directly controls. Outdated or incorrect listings, especially those involving former business owners or practitioners, often appear across many third-party directories and can require extended work or additional services to correctbeyond the one-time voice registration package purchased.
    We have reviewed call logs and can confirm that our representative disclosed this distinction. The customer authorized the charge by voluntarily providing full card information over the phone. There is no evidence of fraud or deceit, and the claim that the service was misrepresented does not align with the facts on record.
    While we regret any misunderstanding, the service was delivered as described. That said, we are still happy to escalate this internally for a final technical review and will reach out directly to Mr. ******* to discuss potential next steps.
    We remain committed to resolving this in good faith.

    Apn Tech contacted me and advised they could help the visibility on the internet for my new small business. They did not do anything the gentlemen said the company would do. They charged me $498.00 and then ran. They do not allow you to cancel. This company is a scam and I'm requesting a refund for services that were never given.

    They gave me many promises that they never fulfilled, supposedly I bought a package that was on super promotion and they were going to put me on all the internet platforms after 4 months of fighting and battling With the little experience of the people who work there, they tell me that it is my fault for not telling my clients to Recommend me, but how do I do it if the pages do not accept reviews? They are lacquered , please before hiring a company look at their reviews because they can steal from you like what happened to me.

A credit note was issued, and the customer was notified via email that the refund would be returned through the original payment method within 714 business days.
    This account had ongoing support over several months. Our team confirmed that the business was successfully registered and visible on voice search platforms like ****** and ****** We also provided repeated guidance on improving Yelp visibility by making the service area public, as Yelp is a major data source for Siri. Detailed instructions were emailed, along with examples and best practices.
    The customer was reminded that our service does not guarantee reviews, leads, or top placement in search results. We clarified that visibility on platforms is influenced by multiple external factors, including user activity, profile completeness, and reviews.
    Multiple calls and emails were made, and support staff attempted to assist even after the customer expressed dissatisfaction and eventually had her legal representative engage in communication. Despite the business meeting registration criteria, a full refund was issued as a courtesy and resolution.
    This matter is considered closed.

    I talked to someone at APN Tech on 15 May 2025 to have my business listed on various sources of ****** Voice search. I'm 16% finished and I can't get in touch with anyone or have they even bothered to call me back to complete my "verification" process to get listed on ******. All they were interested in is my $298.00 (one-time fee). I'm very frustrated and am going to my credit card company to get my money back.

    I paid $500 for their voice search. Ive tried numerous times to get in touch with them, nobody will contact me back. Im sitting at 16% completion and cant get any further. Waste of my hard earned money! Dont bother!!!

    on 5/2/25 I received a phone call from this company offering advertising for my newly opened family day care in my home. The APN tech has not helped me or explained how to use the so called platform .I was told a representative would walk me and teach me how to use the platform,he ******* would call me on May 7 2025 ,after only 10 mins he said he had to go and hung up .******* did call back after I reached out to the *** phone number. I was constantly interrupted and he was not helpful. ON May 12 I asked for a refund as the business has not followed through with any help with my business and it is presently listed as educational and it is a child day care .They has refused to refund my money and said I have to wait one month to see if my business populates. *** staff have not been helpful and not supplied what I was told.THey have just taken my money and not supported me in any way. It's not possible to talk to anyone with them interrupting.

    I was convinced to buy into a search engine plan that would get me ****** verified within a 4 weeks, and have me listed on all search platforms. It has now been well over that, and just as I have read before me each time you contact they have you call them back in a week and you repeat the same processes. I finally gave up as I was also told I did not qualify for refunds. I recently have decided to take the loss and I am going to try again with someone I can see face to face. Highly don't recommend this company.

    i do appreciate this at all. If they have records all voice calls should be recorded. I'd like them to be played from the day they talked me into buying this. The price originally was around 800 and I was under impression that this would be for all types of searches. Whether it be voice, text etc. The salesman after I told him I'm a new business said what If we offer a discount. I asked the guy what it would be and it turned out to be about a 50 percent cut. I agreed and was told that this would take 4 weeks. I'm still getting emails that I was not ****** verified unless something has changed and they didn't contact me to make me aware. Since I've hired another company to get me ****** verified. 

    When that was all said and done I was told this is only for voice and you probably won't show up on searches. This should have been mentioned well before. To me this is nothing but a scam. How does the customer even know what they are paying for. If they don't want to resolve the issue feel free to let them go about business as planned. This was a joke and I guess they have found a legal scam to get money for exactly what I'm not sure..

    The calls should be recorded that we have had. I was talked into purchasing to be listed on all platforms originally. Each time I have spoken it was changed to only voice search. I have done everything I was told to do by phone on adjusting different parameters to be approved on ****** business as Im still currently suspended. That was also what was guaranteed to me through the original purchase. As of now I'm working to get this done myself, to be approved on ******. Bottom of the line is I was told all of the above would be done and taken care of in 4 weeks and it has been well past this ***** I have started a new business and without being able to be seen on ****** my services are at the lack of other options I'm pursuing. This has caused me spend money I did not have in the first place because I wanted to be seen on search engines and be listed on ******. Since then my funds have nearly ran out and I'm in route to find another job. This is not how a fortune 500 business I was told you all were should operate business. If I do a job I make it right. I don't charge customers for services I did not perform.
