    They keep trying to collect $49.99 from my business for what they call Prime listing that they say I signed up for through an email or text, which I did not, I have not heard a word from them since I cancelled their service on 4/8/2025. Then all of sudden they are calling trying to collect $49.99 for some Prime Listing that I apparently signed up for by text in July. When I asked for proof they could not provide it. They are scammers and the only way you can cancel something you didn't sign up for is to pay them.

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond. We have reviewed this account and would like to provide clarification regarding the disputed charge.
    Our records confirm that on July 8, 2025, an opt-in email was sent to ****************** and an opt-in SMS was sent to ************** regarding our Prime Reviews Plan. On July 9, 2025, the client successfully activated a free trial subscription through our online dashboard. This activation enrolled the business in the Prime Reviews plan, with the understanding that billing would begin after the free trial unless canceled before the first invoice date.
    No cancellation request was received during the trial period. As a result, the account automatically transitioned into the monthly plan at $49.99, in accordance with the agreed terms of service.
    We understand the clients concern and want to emphasize that there was no unauthorized enrollment. The subscription was opted into by the client via the email/SMS confirmation process and dashboard activation on July 9, 2025.
    That said, we respect the clients request for no further contact. The account has been canceled and no additional billing will occur.

    I purchased *** text services in November of 2024. And it's now been over 6 months and the services that they stated they would provide they have yet to provide my company. They state that will register me with voice search on multiple platforms which on those platforms I still am not able to be voice searched accurately. I paid a one-time fee and I called to request a refund of the funds given to their company to provide a service they have not provided. I was given the runaround by the customer service representative stating that they only agreed to register and not represent which was not this spiel that I was given when I paid for the services. I tried to contact the company multiple times before which they failed to contact me back. I had to call the ***** number and spend 45 minutes of my day answering questions and waiting for diagnostics that have already been completed by myself for them to tell me that they did hold up their end of the deal. Simply registering my company as I could have done myself was not the deal. Their company States they will represent me and give me the best voice search representation possible. APNtech failed to provide the services that they advertise to me. I've had to spend countless hours building my own presence without their help!

    Mr. *** enrolled in our ****************** in November 2024, which is a one-time registration product designed to create and submit a business voice profile across major voice search platforms like Siri, ****** and Google Assistant. Our service does not guarantee exact search results or rankings, as these are controlled by third-party platforms and influenced by multiple external factorsincluding ongoing digital presence, reviews, and website authoritywhich are beyond our scope of service.
    The deliverables promised were fulfilled: registration and submission of the voice profile to the supported platforms. Our records indicate that our customer service team spent considerable time assisting Mr. **** including a follow-up diagnostic call, which confirmed that the service had been completed as described in the onboarding materials and agreement.
    While we understand the frustration that can come from unmet expectations, especially in the evolving world of voice search, APNtech did not misrepresent the service. The one-time fee covers registrationnot ongoing management or representation. We apologize if that distinction was unclear during the initial sales conversation.
    As the product was delivered as described, we are unable to issue a refund. However, we remain open to assisting Mr. *** with understanding how to leverage his registration and improve visibility through complementary strategies.

    The company States they fulfilled their obligations but during the sales call represented the service as more than just simply entering my information for me. The follow-up call was scheduled at time of payment and no other calls were made, in fact multiple attempts to contact APN tech were failed. The service sells itself as a company that helps a customer become more visible through web search when in fact the company registers the customer to then be managed by someone else? To make them more visible and locatable through voice search? In fact that is exactly what they did and they sold me on the vision of receiving more business using their service when in fact the only way to receive more business would be to continue on my own after the registration. Who in the right mind would pay for a simple registration that could be done by themselves? The last question was rhetorical because the answer is no one. If the services were properly represented at the time of sale I would have never paid to have my name address and company name typed into a server database. APN tech are crooks and have a bad name across the board with multiple complaints for a reason

    I am not requesting but demanding a refund on the funds given to the company for a service that was meaningless and misrepresented.

It was clearly described during the sales and onboarding process as a submission of your business profile to major voice search platforms, including Google Assistant, Siri, ****** and Cortana. This service is designed to improve visibility potential through voice-enabled searchbut it does not include ongoing SEO, advertising, or guaranteed business results.
    You state that no follow-up occurred, but our records show a follow-up diagnostic call was completed to confirm submission and provide platform guidance. We attempted additional outreach, but did not receive a response. We regret if you were unable to connect with us afterward and remain available for support.
    Regarding your claim of misrepresentation: our representative explained that we facilitate the registration process, which is often misunderstood as a one-click task. In reality, the process involves cross-platform submissions, formatting for schema compliance, and integrations that go beyond a simple data entry. Nonetheless, we make it clear that this is not an ongoing visibility management service, nor is it performance-based.
    We understand your frustration but must reiterate: the service you purchased was delivered in full as described. No false claims were made, and we do not engage in deceptive practices. We do not issue refunds for completed, non-subscription services, but were happy to continue assisting you with maximizing the benefit of your registration.

    On July 7th, the customer purchased our ********************************* for $298. This service includes registration across major platforms such as ******, ******, *****, and ********** and integration with devices that support voice search functionality.
    At no point did we claim to be ****** or affiliated with any company other than APN Tech. Our representative clearly explained that we were assisting with ****** verificationa service handled by our internal support team.
    To avoid miscommunication, the full conversation was conducted in the customers native language to ensure all service terms, pricing, and expectations were clearly understood. The customer voluntarily provided full payment information, including card number, expiration date, and CVV, over the phone. This confirms that the purchase was knowingly and willingly authorized, and not fraudulent.
    In line with compliance standards, we submitted the customers business information to all relevant voice platforms on the same day of purchase. We also explained during the call that this process takes time and is not instant. A general timeframe for expected results was provided.
    We have not denied the customer a refund. We simply advised that, since the registration process was already initiated, we would need time to evaluate whether the service met the expectations outlined at the time of purchase. If the outcome falls short, we are prepared to issue a full refund per our policy.

    I have a problem with the wrong doctors name showing up when we call people. I was told they could fix it. I paid them. After meeting with them they told me the old doctors information was all over the internet and they could not help for the price quoted. They record all conversations. Please make them pull the recordings. After my last meeting I was told they would have technical support reach out to me. I never heard anything from them. I reached out to get refund. They said no. They lied to get my credit card information. The receipt says voice registration but that is not what I signed up for. This company is full deceit and con artist. They will tell you what ever it it takes to get your credit card information.

    Mr. ******* enrolled in our ********************************* for $448. This service focuses on submitting a business's voice profile to platforms like Google Assistant, Siri, ****** and Cortana to improve recognition via voice-enabled devices. At no point did our representatives misrepresent the product or its scope. The receipt accurately reflects the service purchased.
    During the onboarding process, our team explained that caller ID name display issues are typically managed through the phone service provider (carrier) and not something our voice registration product directly controls. Outdated or incorrect listings, especially those involving former business owners or practitioners, often appear across many third-party directories and can require extended work or additional services to correctbeyond the one-time voice registration package purchased.
    We have reviewed call logs and can confirm that our representative disclosed this distinction. The customer authorized the charge by voluntarily providing full card information over the phone. There is no evidence of fraud or deceit, and the claim that the service was misrepresented does not align with the facts on record.
    While we regret any misunderstanding, the service was delivered as described. That said, we are still happy to escalate this internally for a final technical review and will reach out directly to Mr. ******* to discuss potential next steps.

    Apn Tech contacted me and advised they could help the visibility on the internet for my new small business. They did not do anything the gentlemen said the company would do. They charged me $498.00 and then ran. They do not allow you to cancel. This company is a scam and I'm requesting a refund for services that were never given.

    They gave me many promises that they never fulfilled, supposedly I bought a package that was on super promotion and they were going to put me on all the internet platforms after 4 months of fighting and battling With the little experience of the people who work there, they tell me that it is my fault for not telling my clients to Recommend me, but how do I do it if the pages do not accept reviews? They are lacquered , please before hiring a company look at their reviews because they can steal from you like what happened to me.

A credit note was issued, and the customer was notified via email that the refund would be returned through the original payment method within 714 business days.
    This account had ongoing support over several months. Our team confirmed that the business was successfully registered and visible on voice search platforms like ****** and ****** We also provided repeated guidance on improving Yelp visibility by making the service area public, as Yelp is a major data source for Siri. Detailed instructions were emailed, along with examples and best practices.
    The customer was reminded that our service does not guarantee reviews, leads, or top placement in search results. We clarified that visibility on platforms is influenced by multiple external factors, including user activity, profile completeness, and reviews.
    Multiple calls and emails were made, and support staff attempted to assist even after the customer expressed dissatisfaction and eventually had her legal representative engage in communication. Despite the business meeting registration criteria, a full refund was issued as a courtesy and resolution.
    This matter is considered closed.

    This place is a SCAM!! There is NO explanation of any refund policy, nor is there any service provided. I am filing a complaint with the State of California against this company. With 189 complaints and against a company who takes action peoples money and runs, why on earth is this a BBB accredited company? I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and alerting agents everywhere to stay away from this company. I requested a refund within 2 hours of sending going up after reading BBB complaints and they have refused. There was no refund policy explanation at any time, Thats a lie. When I said there are complaints against them everywhere, they said BBB wasnt trustworthy. What a couple of shady practices to both of you!

    The $375 payment was for a lifetime voice registration service activated on 6/16/25. During your onboarding call, we explained that business information is submitted to our platform immediately but may take 34 weeks to begin populating across ******* ****** Siri, and other directories. Additionally, we provided instructions for setting up your Yelp account with a public service area, which is essential for Siri and ***** visibility.
    Our refund policy, outlined during the onboarding process and available on our website, states that if your business is not populating on the voice platforms within 30 days of activation, a refund may be requested. At the time you requested a cancellation (2 hours after activation), your information had already been submitted, making the service non-retractable.
    We attempted to reach you multiple times to assist and explain the process. You were also informed that refund requests must be verified over the phone to ensure account security, and that cancellations are not processed through email alone.
    Despite efforts to help and explain the steps required to see progress, you advised you would contact your bank and disconnected the call. If you have completed your Yelp setup and are still not populating after the 30-day period, we are happy to revisit your request and provide a resolution.

    I did not do any onboarding so there have been no services received and no advice given.  Within 2  hours of you charging my card I did call multiple times to cancel and requested a refund. I also emailed multiple times. There are several false statements made by this *************

    On June 16, 2025, you authorized a $375 payment for our lifetime *************************** An onboarding call was completed the same day, during which our representative explained the registration process and outlined the timeframe for visibility across platforms such as ******* ****** and Siri. Instructions were also provided for setting up your Yelp listingan essential step to enable visibility on Siri and Alexa.
    Your claim that no services were received is incorrect. Your business data was submitted for registration immediately upon activation, and the onboarding call served as the initiation of service. As disclosed during the call and on our website, our refund policy allows for review only if visibility has not occurred within 30 days of activation.
    Your request for cancellation was made approximately two hours after onboarding, at which point the registration process was already underway. Since this is a digital service that begins instantly, the charge is not refundable once the onboarding is complete and submissions have been made.
    We made multiple attempts to follow up and explain next steps, including how to monitor progress. You were advised that refund requests must be verified by phone for account security and cannot be processed by email alone. Unfortunately, you declined further assistance and stated you would proceed with your bank.
    That said, if your voice profile does not appear within the 30-day window despite following setup instructions, we remain open to reviewing your request again.

    I talked to someone at APN Tech on 15 May 2025 to have my business listed on various sources of ****** Voice search. I'm 16% finished and I can't get in touch with anyone or have they even bothered to call me back to complete my "verification" process to get listed on ******. All they were interested in is my $298.00 (one-time fee). I'm very frustrated and am going to my credit card company to get my money back.

The 16% completion status reflects pending steps on her end, including verifying her ****** Business Profile, which is essential for full platform visibility.
    We have provided multiple follow-up emails with instructions and have attempted to reach her by phone to assist. She is encouraged to log into her dashboard to monitor progress and complete the remaining steps.     We are aware a chargeback has been submitted and are actively working with her financial institution to provide proof of services rendered and communication efforts.
