    I recently inquired about a voice search marketing. What a huge mistake I have been called non stop. When I stopped answering the agent began texting. I said I have my marketing and voice search set up they then stated we are the only company in the us that offers this service. Then he said I must have been scammed and he feels obligated to educate me. I mind you this is after I asked him to not contact me. As Im posting this he actually attempted another call. I have the messages and the voice mails and call records. Im concerned they may go after my business now they have been exposed.

    We have added ****** to the Do Not Contact list. We do not cold call or reach out to clients without them requesting more information for our services. Since we have added him to the *** list within our company, the client will no longer receive any calls from apnTech. We can not prevent any other calls from other companies regarding voice search or online marketing services. There are various companies providing the same service. ****** may also be receiving calls from other companies. he can take measures on adding his business to the Do Not Call List registry or set specific settings up with his carrier.

    I was contacted by a representative from APN Tech on July 31st I paid them $698.00 I was told they would provide help with voice listings and indexing for my business on business page listings on directories.After they took my money the next day they told me the listing indexing was not included and it would cosy $2,200.00 down and $200.00 a month. I told them I wanted my money refunded because this was not mentioned by the sales rep. I have been calling and emailing every day since and no one has done anything to resolve this.They never gave me an account number or provided any service to me at all.Thgere has been no service provided for anything and this company is an absolute fraud!

Regrettably, we were informed that the client had initiated a dispute, which unfortunately limits our ability to provide further assistance concerning their refund inquiry.

    APN Tech has not satisfied the repayment to my Bank and this dispute has not been settled in any way shape or form. I spoke with someone last week but they have not done anything to pay my bank the money back for the fraudulent charge.

    The company APNTECH was not truthful about the service they were going to provide me and told me if I was not satisfied I would get my money returned. The very next day when I realized they did not tell me the truth I told them I did not want the service and to return my money instead of honoring their word of rfunding my money they ignored my many calls and text and emails and refused to return my money. You can see by the many complaints concerning the same issues I had that they are not providing the service or the refunds that they are offering. I do not think they should be allowed to continue this fraudulent behavior of misleading business owners.

    I registered for APN tech services in May 2023, for the voice searches on all platforms for the amount of $698.00. I had a setup call in May 2023, and upgraded to the directory search for an additional $1,496.00. And found I am now to be charged an additional $199/mo. nothing has been done as of May 19. 2023. I have no signed contract with this business. My company does not even show up on the any web pages. I have looked. Not even on Yelp. What am I paying for?I have tried to review their website with no information. I called several times, and it goes go to an answering service and nobody ever calls back. I have emailed cancellations with no response. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I want a full refund and cancellation.

    On August 14th at 7:30 AM PST, a representative from our APN team engaged in a conversation with ******* regarding the aforementioned complaint. ******* communicated his concern about not appearing in voice search results when searching using specific keywords, despite being confident about his visibility when searching using the company's name. Our representative elaborated that the disparity might be attributed to variations in the company's name and phone number on the ****** My Business page in comparison to the information disseminated by us. The representative clarified that since ********* company is indeed appearing in search results by its name, it's evident that the registration process has been successful. The only requirement is consistency across all platforms to enable visibility through keyword searches. This is a straightforward solution. Furthermore, the representative informed ******* that all calls are recorded, verifying that he was informed about the monthly payment obligations on the day of enrollment. Moreover, he interacted with our billing director on June 2nd to rectify payment issues, which resulted in successful payment processing for the monthly fee. ******* acknowledged the miscommunication, he explained that his primary concern arose from his absence in voice search results. He also conveyed that he felt neglected since he had reached out for assistance and received no response. The representative clarified that multiple attempts were made to contact ******* via both phone calls and emails, but unfortunately, none of these attempts yielded a response. Ultimately, ******* has expressed a desire to terminate his account and discontinue our services. Both parties have agreed upon this resolution, and any outstanding concerns have been adequately addressed. Consequently, no further actions are deemed necessary from either party's end.

    It is hard to get in touch with the right people at APN.  They have an answering service, and it is very difficult to get in touch with the right people.

    We received a sales call in April with a sales pitch that our business could be found online using voice search. We decided to go ahead with it and paid $578.00 for these services on 4/14. We were told it can take roughly 30 days for the search results and after all this time, we cannot be found via voice search. We called and emailed several times with no response. We were about to file a complaint when a representative called back. In response to this solution, they suggested that we sign up for Yelp business. We are still nowhere to be found in any of the search engines they promised for our area and business. We've been given numerous excuses, and all we want now is a refund.

    On August 14th, at 1:50 PM Pacific Standard Time, one of our APN representatives successfully established communication with ***, who is the proprietor of Fine *** Collectors Gallery. One of our representatives from APN recently engaged in a conversation with *** regarding voice search concerns, which led us to explore potential solutions. *** had expressed ****'s viewpoint that his visibility on voice search platforms was lacking. Our goal was to address this issue by considering a purchase he made.
    Through a detailed interaction, our representative was able to demonstrate to *** that he was indeed visible on these voice search platforms. We substantiated this by furnishing evidence of the services we provided, which was shared with *** via email. *** conveyed his primary desire to establish a presence on voice search platforms, while also aspiring for enhanced visibility of his website. In light of a dispute that was raised, we acknowledged that resubmitting the information might not typically be feasible under these circumstances. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we decided to extend a one-time courtesy by resubmitting the information, including his website details. This cooperative approach was pursued to ****** a satisfactory resolution. Subsequently, a mutual understanding was reached between both parties, culminating in the resolution of the issue. *** acknowledges his current visibility on voice search platforms and recognizes that the services he initially subscribed to have been successfully delivered.

    I p0urchased a program from the companyAnd was told by the salesperson that not only being able to request reviews from customers it would also show my existing reviews on my ****** webpage reviews ar. Now I am told that is impossible to do. The whole purpose of buying the program was being able to transfer my reviews 276 of them to my ****** page but now I am told it again that is not possible. I am told that I have to go to a birds eye sight of some sort and wait months for it to come up maybe. I was told by customer service after they told me there was nothing that they could do for me that they could not be responsible for what their salespeople say. Very disappointed

    One of our Account Managers ******* did call and speak with **************** about the situation at hand. After a great conversation, and ironing out all the concerns of the client; **************** and ******* were able to come to a resolution on how to move forward. They spoke about all the benefits that come with both programs. **************** was very understanding and will be reinstating both programs to continue building their business' visibility and push for ultimate success with his reputation online.

    ApnTech is a complete SCAM!! on their service. On the original call with the agent, I asked several times if I paid for the service ($698.00) that it would pull me up by location and not my rating on ******* etc. I was very specific on the initial call with the rep and was told that it pulls by the location when used and not by your ratings. Then after the process started, they tried to sell me another program for over $2000 and an additional $199 per month to clean up the sites (82 directories - yelp, zaubee, etc) where my information might not 100% match to increase my rankings. Since I was told on my original call where I purchased the service that it pulled by location and not your ranking, I was not willing to pay for this additional service. I tried working with **** (a supervisor), and he told me that because one site was not showing our suite that it was causing the issue. That site was fixed, and a month later it is still not pulling my information. They try to tell you that if you search by your name/business it will come up which it already did without their service. I was told when I purchased the service that if people searched by your key words it would pull up your business by location which is the service I paid for. I provided my key words and tried to search for them several times, and my information has never showed up. Why would I pay for something I already have. I have requested my money back several times and they are refusing to give me my money back. If they recorded the conversation as they say they do, then they should be able to go back to the original sales call when I signed up and see that I was told by the sales representative that it is not by ranking and is by location.     Settled on a full refund. The client populates by name on all devices but was frustrated with not populating by keywords as promised. Found a discrepancy with the location (not on our behalf) that we are currently fixing, and we will process the refund once he has resolved his complaint with the BBB as both parties agreed to.

    The customer service manager finally was able to reach *********************** she and ****** had a great conversation in regard to ******'s confusion and concerns about the program and the products. ******'s main concern was a lack of communication The customer service manager explained to ****** her expectations were set to 3-4 weeks we are now just barely reaching the 3-4 weeks now. After speaking to the customer service manager ****** decided to stay in the program and continue.

    ApnTech Customer Service,I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the Voice Search product I recently purchased from ApnTech. As a customer who placed trust in your company and its advertised service, I regret to inform you that the product is not functioning as promised. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund in accordance with your company's refund policy.When I initially purchased the ********************* I had high expectations for its performance and efficiency. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite following all the provided instructions and troubleshooting steps, the service consistently fails to deliver accurate results or fulfill its basic functionality.Specifically, the issues I encountered include:Inaccurate Search Results: The ******************** consistently provides inaccurate and irrelevant search results. Even when I enunciate clearly and provide concise queries, the system fails to comprehend the context or retrieve appropriate information. This severely undermines the purpose of utilizing a voice-activated search tool. Such unreliability hinders productivity and diminishes the overall user experience.These persistent issues have caused significant frustration, wasted time, and a loss of confidence in the product and your company. As a result, I kindly request a full refund of the purchase price, as stated in your company's refund policy. I believe it is only fair to receive a reimbursement for a product that fails to deliver on its promised functionality.I kindly ask you to review this matter promptly and process the refund in a timely manner.     Explained to the client that we have been trying to get in touch with him since he opened a support ticket. He was frustrated that he was not showing up on Apple devices. Let him know there are discrepancies in his voice search profile that he would have picked up on his complimentary screen share appointment we offer, but he never got in contact with the onboard specialist after numerous missed calls, texts, and emails. Let him know he is populating on Android and ****** devices, and sent him over a link to assist with other voice search devices. I also rescheduled the client for a screen share appointment. No refund was processed because services have been rendered, and we are further assisting ***** with his appointment in a couple of days.

    This company cold called me late last year and signed me onto services they promised were above board and did not provide me any services as far as I have found and researched, besides answering my call on occasion and telling me to keep hanging onto the service they were providing, that it will get better. 6 months plus of promises were given and still no results. I asked for a refund and they told me services were rendered when they were not. They just kept takimg my money monthly. I just called them and they are supposed to refund only o e out of the 6 months and told me services I paid for, that would be *****************, they are backing out of their word. I feel robbed and scammed of a couple thousand dollars over the last 6 months. They call themselves reputable but they are certainly not.

    The customer service manager called and spoke with the business owner. They are going to move forward and see how the disputes are completed. The business owner was upset about the last conversation he had with the representative at apnTech and feels misled about his expectations. The customer service manager reset expectations and what he should have looked forward to no longer wants to do business with **. We are trying to find a solution base that's going to be satisfactory so the customer can feel content and happy with the outcome waiting for assistance from the bank letting ** know the update on the dispute and we'll be able to see how we can move forward from there. Business owners were willing to take down all negative reviews in regard to apnTech in exchange for some type of reimbursement but we were unable to complete that negotiation due to the dispute that's open and pending.

    On March 24, 2023, I received a call from APN Tech about their voice search optimization. I was skeptical about the call, but I continued to listen after a long conversation; the representative pulled up my information on his screen; we were on screen sharing, and he said your business would be found on ************* Bing, etc. He started performing a keyword search; he was very deceptive but did not notice then. All of this will be optimized in 4 to 6 weeks, and your company doesn't have to pay for S E O services, and you will save thousands of dollars. I gave the credit card information but requested to speak to a supervisor before proceeding. He said the Supervise would call me back next week to continue the conversation. They never called back; then, I started noticing a request to pay $199 from this company ********. I began investigating and saw other charges of $698 and $1295. I called APN, and I asked to speak to a supervisor. She came on the line and said, " Let's set up an appointment next Wednesday; the call never happened. I called the bank to let them know what is happening with this company and to dispute the charges. I hope this is helpful.

    The customer service manager called ****** to address the BBB complaint when speaking to ****** he was upset about the past conversations he had with representatives at the apnTech he was not in an amicable mood I can see why since the interaction has been poor from his perspective. ****** was suggesting that he never approved the charges I went ahead and proceeded to ask if he had time for me to pull the phone calls so that he could see it was him in fact that approved the charges he then said no I didn't have the time to do this we need to go ahead and set up a time a so we scheduled a call. I'll be speaking with ****** we are in the negotiation phase right now since he is willing and ready to rectify and make the situation correct if we are willing to refund since services have been rendered that is why we are in the negotiation phase because we can prove services or register registration for the voice and the prime listings. ApnTech is more than willing to make the situation right and provide the means for ****** to feel comfortable.
