The address I have with PostScan mail apparently does not have regular staffing. I am a business who has multiple checks going to this address. I continuously have to reach out to get any mail forwarded. They consistently show a package "shipped" but in fact it has just had a label created. Regularly the label is created a week before my package is actually forwarded. Using this service has drastically impacted how I am being paid by my customers. It has delayed my average days to pay by 10 days. Thy offer shipping credits, which does nothing to solve my problem. They have advised I should change to one of their other locations. I will now have to update all of my addresses on a huge list of both Vendor accounts, ******************* accounts and most importantly, I will have to notify customers that though I JUST changed out remit to address, we have yet another one. This is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional. I feel I should be refunded in full for all fees and shipping costs paid outside of packages that actually shipped the day the labels were created. I shouldn't have to pay for a monthly service that is no service at all. Further, if I have to make a change I don't think I will stay with a company who has caused so many issues for my small business.
