Deposits are non-refundable unless the Trainer cancels the Agreement.
Refunds for prepaid sessions will only be provided if the Trainer cancels the Agreement or if agreed upon under special circumstances.
4.1 Training Outcomes and Refunds
A. PupHub Dog Training makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes or results of the dog training services.
B. No refunds will be provided after services have been provided, with the sole exception being within 48 hours after the first training session. If the Client is dissatisfied with the service, they may request a partial refund during this period. The request must be made in writing. - Business Categories
