I ordered a gift mid April and was told it would be here before Mothers Day and it is still not arrived. They tell me they delivered it but they did not. I have ready many other reviews, 1000's and most say the same thing. They never received their item. Very dishonest company.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction: 24 April 2024 Order Number: ******* Whoever "owns" this cheat/scam business needs to be investigated and stopped. They are using multiple fake names and websites that rip off Americans. They aren't even located in the *************. They allegedly have a "CEO" named ********************* and have a business address of ****************************************************************************************. I researched the business and can find no phone number or anything online on the ****** This has got to stop. Anytime something I order online is later found to be bogus, it always comes out of CA and is always tied to an Asian nation, either ***** or *******. When will CA take responsibility for conducting actual address and business reviews to ensure that these places are real? You are just as culpable in this type of fraud as the actual rip off businesses. This is the 4th time in the past 4 years that I have been cheated by a business allegedly in **. I want to cancel my order, because I have read how crappy the work product actually is. I don't care that their "policy" states that consumers only have 2 hours from the time of ordering to request a cancelation. The shoddy workmanship is FRAUDULENT and they should be charged with fraud. Please do something about this ongoing issue.Initial Complaint

Have not received the merchandise and received a tracking number which states the shipper has been waiting for 10 days for the item and according to Macorner it was shipped ***************************************************************** the mail, Im going. I placed an order as a Christmas present. The email said the item was shipped but it hadnt according to the email I sent. Then when I received it I notified them immediately with photos that the product was not made well. It has a chip or a cut out of it. I requested they fix and resend. They said will give you 10% off, I said no I want an item made correctly. You get responses only in the middle of the night and every couple of days. It became clear they were out of the country and not in US as stated. It took weeks to resolve and by then I said it was too late to be a Christmas gift and dont send. Suddenly they ship it ignoring my request. It came in ********** dont stand being the quality of their customized products.Initial Complaint

I purchased a glass mug for friend on ***. 18, 2024. On the Macorner website it STATES (this is CCOPIED from their site!):(Item#1 I copied)When will my order ship?Once an order is placed, you'll receive an email notification confirming we've received it. We will process your order 2 hours after successful payment. Order processing usually takes 5-7 business days. Once shipped, you will receive email notifications for real-time tracking. Note that some orders may be sent using multiple parcels. They argued with me back & forth thru email until they refunded me $6.99 for my shipping costs. I told them that unacceptable & NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I sent them the COPIED text of their website with the promise of their *************** STILL argued they cannot control the shipping! My friend finally recieved her gift YESTERDAY FEB. 15, 2024 -OVER 1 MONTH AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER & WELL PAST THE PROMISED TIME! IM NOT HAPPY AT ALL! ? I was lied to ? I was made fun of with the numerous emails back n forth (until I sent the verbatim copied ********************* Then proved them wrong)? I ordered a product online that advertises like it plays the music you select. That was false advertising as it does not do that. I also ordered this as a Christmas present and never got it. They claimed it was delivered but yet I have never seen the package and told them I did not receive the item.
