I placed an order on 9 June. On 12 June I received an email indicating the item shipped and provided the following tracking number:(Shipment tracking: YT2516300701802180), but to date, 23 June I have not received the item and no updates are provided via the tracking and messages to the company appear to be generic, automatic replies. The date of this transaction was June 1st, 2025. I ordered a personalized wallet from Macorner on their website. I ordered this item in the time frame indicated to receive it by Father's Day. This item arrived a day late and it was defective. I had my children's names inscribed on the inside of the wallet and one of the names was barely visible. There was scratches all over the wallet as well. I have also now seen reviews about this company stating that they are a scamming business that takes money out of people's checking account without permission.Business Response

Ordered a gift over a month ago. Have not received the order. And the only tracking info I can find says it left ***** on May 8th. That's it. It stops. Warning!!! Do not order anything from this company!! I ordered a product on April 18 from this company. It was as a personalized wine bottle for my mom for Mothers Day. I have checked tracking on the shipment/delivery. Nothing has been update since April 29. April 29 said it was was in ******* and had been delivered to local carrier. Please understand my order from this site was 20 days ago and I have still not received my products. Their website indicates that the window of delivery would be from ***** days, therefore this information is false and they are using a Chinese packaging company with terrible reviews. I have reached out to customer service which they told me that nothing is wrong and my package would be delivered in 3-7 days, which also hasnt happened. I want a refund. I shouldve known better the day not thing Im frustrated about is I ordered under the assumption that this business was located at the address on their website MA Commerce Inc. (trading as Macorner), **************************************************************** After waiting a week and a half for shipping info from *** shipping I googled the address that is not anything if you look on GPS. Just please tell me up front where my things are being shipped from or Im buying from a place that is physically where the address says it is. As a disabled senior, I do all of my Christmas shopping on-line. I was shocked when I received my order of three Macorner personalized Christmas ornaments! Not only did they look NOTHING Like what their website pictured, they are made of cheap flimsy plastic at a cost of $19.95 each and a ridiculous amount of $12.99 to ship a small envelope. On 11/16/2024, I returned the ornaments via US mail to: Macorner ******************* *********************************************, and asked for a refund of my purchase price and shipping for a total of $78.60, paid via PayPal.Macorner was communicating with me via an AI Bot and continued to ask me for photos of the ornaments. I continued to explain that was not possible because I returned the ornaments to their ******************* Macorner gave me a refund of $7.80. I ordered a Christmas Ornament online from Macorner company on December 5,, 2024 for $26.94 & was told that the item was shipped from them in an email. About a week later they emailed me & said the item was lost in the *********** were reshipping it. I waited a week & a half & found out the item had never shipped. I asked for a refund & the issued one for $6.99. Finally I emailed them and it showed it was moving through the system. Its now Christmas Eve and it says it will be Dec. 30 before its here.
