On March 11 2025, I scrolled through Face book to find a web site company to build a web site for my ministry. I decided to work with Website Design Tree. The initial conversation consisted of the initial setup fee for a domain name and the inner pages. The initial cost was $250, but for $650 I could get some extra pages.went with the $650. I was introduced to **** *****,my Project Manager. On March 13, 2025, finished questionnaire forms via email and phone conversations. Their claim was that 24 hours was all they needed to launch a fully functional, live web site. From March 13, 2025, through March 28, 2025, we talked back and forth on logo designs, creator content, and submission forms, On March 25, **** transferred me to ******* *********, head of production team, and ****. They pitched an idea that would allow me to reach the masses on a variety of social media platforms, ******** Face book, etc, giving e access to hearing impaired, closed captions and so forth. .The cost would be $40. They charged me $1400. On April 8, 2025, offered another promotion, 5 years for the upkeep of the web site, domain name, blue hosting and podcast for $1500. Money paid. Contacted them for a refund. I felt I had been scammed. The web site **************************** is misleading and false and do not portray me, my ministry, or my small congregation. April 29, 2025, talked with *******, to inquire why I was unable to get on the web site if it was now live. He said my Internet was not strong enough and wanted to charge $1500. I told him I could not do it, I was told I needed this to succeed with the project. He sent in this charge twice to my bank, without my permission. I called my bank and told them, and they closed the card and did not allow the charge to go through. I still do not have a functional web site and out of $3550 for services that have not been provided. I just want my money back.
