    If dance is your thing, this is actually a great app. If canceling your subscription is your thing, add a candle to your birthday cake, drink a cup of patience and look of your bank's number to dispute.I called three times, over three months - no response. I went to the website and followed, "Manage My Subscription" and I got. "You have no order history." I reset my password and tried again. Same result. I finally had to dispute the charges with my bank. Enjoy responsibility and good luck!

    Bodygroove is the best thing going. You learn to be free and have fun again. ***** is an amazing, uplifting, encouraging teacher. Any dealing/questions I have had with them have been answered in a timely manner. :)

    Actually a zero or below stars.I subscribed to Body Groove April 6, 2023. At that time, I was to receive an email with instructions. I never received that email. When I inquired with the company, they could not locate my subscription even though the subscription fee of $5.30 was paid through my *********** account. This went back and forth and I told them to cancel the subscription. I noticed the charges were still being paid from my *********** account toward the end of June. I again emailed their support on July 1, again stating to cancel my subscription ...again noting I never received the instructions to begin the subscription. There has been absolutely no reply to date.I explained, at that time, they billed me for three months for a subscription I did not receive. At that point, it was three months at $5.30 equaling $15.90. I checked my *********** again today, 7/11/23, and again, the charge of $5.30 was taken. This brings the total they charged me for a subscription they never gave me to $21.20. I have documentation available for review. I want this subscription halted immediately and all monies refunded back to my *********** account. They can't "find me" however they can definitely "find" my credit card. Would advise anyone considering this company to run the other way.

    Hi ****** We were able to find your account. You had typed your email address incorrectly when you signed up, which is why you never received our emails. That's also why we weren't able to look up your account from your email address. Our customer service manager did respond to your emails multiple times, asking for the last 4 digits of your payment card, which would have helped us locate your account. You never responded to our request.All the subscription charges have been refunded.
