I received an email stating that their company (Bodygroove) was unable to renew my membership as the transaction failed. I replied that I wanted to cancel my membership immediately. I replied directly to the email I had received. I received a notice that the email was not delivered to the email address ********************************* from this email address: ******************************************)It clearly stated in the email I received to reply directly to their email to resolve any issues, etc. or to cancel a membership. My subscription was to renew on Jan 1. Following their directions, there is no link to cancel a re-occurring subscription through the website as described. It requires you to direct mail or email them to cancel. I emailed them in December to cancel and not renew. They would not respond. On Jan 1, **** it charged my credit card. I have emailed 3 additional times, and still have not received a response. Online reviews indicate this is a common issue. Once you have signed up, they do not communicate with you, which does not allow you to cancel your subscription. I am requesting a refund of my subscription charge for ****.Business Response

I can no longer log into my account even though I am a lifetime member. It keeps saying my password is wrong. I have requested a password reset several times and am never sent a reset email as it promises. I have checked my Inbox and Spam folders. I have emailed them and not received a reply. I cannot find a telephone number to contact them personally. I want access to my account as I have paid for a lifetime membership!Business Response

I purchased Body Groove on demand videos in December 2022 directly from a promotional ad from Body Groove for $5.00/month + tax guaranteed to never increase as long as I held the account. I downloaded the Body Groove app onto my amazon firestick and had access to all the videos for a few months no problem. For medical reasons I stopped using the app for about 7-8 months. Around this Sept ******************************************************************************************* see the videos but when I tried to watch each video it would say "unable to load content. Please retry" but video content would never load. This happens on both my Firesticks, and when I downloaded the app onto my phone and laptop...unable to load individual content. However, if I go to Body Groove on demand through the web, NOT THE **** I can log in and get access to all the individual videos to watch. I contacted Help @ Body Groove, they confirmed that I am a paid subscriber and they said I should be able to see the content, they were useless. I asked to speak to technical support because it is a problem with the Body Groove app but help never responded. I called Amazon technical support, they couldn't help. They gave me an email contact for 3rd party apps ********************* which is not monitored by vimeo...so dead end so far. I need to be able to watch the content on my TV screen as laptop screen is too small. I need TECHNICAL SUPPORT from Body Groove to figure out why I can access the app but video content won't load!!! I want them to CALL ME so I can talk to someone!!! I want to keep using Body Groove app to be fixed, and also need reimbursement for months I can't access content.Business Response

I did not ask you to cancel my subscription, I want to keep my subscription. I can watch it on my laptop and I think I might be able to figure out how to cast it onto my ** even though the ** app doesn't work. I am just surprised that you don't have technical support to get the app to work but I will watch it on my laptop
Please DO NOT CANCEL my $5 a month forever subscription that I purchased during a promotion in December 2022 ASAP. IF YOU CANCELED IT THEN PLEASE REINSTATE IT ASAP and let me know by email asap.

Back in January of 2023 I subscribed to Body Groove to do the Dance exercises they offer. At first I had a problem getting into the site but finally found an email to ask for information. Got to the site and loved dancing with the group. I broke my ankle back in MAY 2023 and now cant walk on it bcuz of a cast so dancing is out. Since May Ive been trying to contact this company and ask them to PLEASE STOP taking the $5.00 from my account. I only ever receive the exact same email back or a response saying email address isnt valid. Im about at my **** end just to STOP a $5 payment. Im praying that if they get a letter from BBB they will then open their eyes and respond instead of letting a machine auto reply with the exact same message. I signed up for a trial and immediately cancelled the account by contacting the company- the service was not good and I believe I used it twice over 2 days- and then cancelled. I cancelled the account in August of 2022- I continued to be billed for September, October, November and December and ******** the business only refunded for ******** this is unacceptable- I want to be reimbursed for September, October, november and December. I am happy to pay for the first month. I literally took one class- and never used it again. I sent an email requesting cancellation.
