    I ordered a item that I thought allows me to be able to stream videos from my phone to my radio screen in my truck from ************************. I got the item in the mail and set it up in my truck. I then found out that the item will only let you stream from the item to the truck. The only programs on the item are TicTock, Prime Video, and ******** You cannot add any other apps onto the item. I dont use any of those apps. I emailed the company to do a return and a refund. They emailed me back and said they can do an exchange to another item. I replied to the email and told them again that I needed to to request a return and refund. I have not heard from them since.

    I submitted a purchase on January 3, 2025 for a U2Air wireless device that connects Apple Car play to car wirelessly. The product claims to have a 30-day return policy.I requested a refund, sending emails with this request on January 14, January 16, January 20, January 23, January 27 and January 29. Twice the company responded to indicate that they prefer to fix the problem and not to have the product returned. There is no problem with the device as far as I know --it is unopened and in original packaging.The company stopped responding when I said I just want a refund.I would like to return the item. However, the company isn't responding and now the 30 day window has passed.

    I ordered my product from this company 2 and a half months ago. I have tried to call them with no answer. I emailed them and they have denied a refund. Saying that because its in transit there is nothing I can do. Until I refuse the package. Unfortunately who knows when that might be. I told them I will refuse the package but I need a refund so I can purchase a new product to use. They have said there is nothing they can do. They actually told me to contact the carrier myself to figure out where it might be. The carrier does not have it. They have a fly by night company taking care of it. I have sent numerous emails and have got many back with no avail. They have little to no support. Seems that every time I send a email I get a different person that takes me around in a different way. I really just want to be done with it and for this business to get better about helping there costumers. Please can I get help. Thank you.

    I ordered an ottocast item on August 21 2024. The item was delivered and I tried several days to troubleshoot and I could not get the item to work. After doing some research I noticed the incorrect item was sent to me. I reached out to Ottocast and asked to the return the item and they asked me to donate the item and I said no I would like a full refund. After pushing them they informed me to return the item with tracking to an address *************, **. I returned the item with tracking information. After a few days I tracked the item and it had been delivered and signed for. I waited for several days for a refund and nothing ever happened. I have tried emailing and calling customer services but I get no where. I am tired of the run around. I did everything I was asked of yet still waiting on a refund.

    Carplay electronic device that was advertised that it was compatible to the year, make, and model of my car. I responded by email request a return label for a refund. They are refusing to send it to me by holding it to expire date. I have emails of the conversation.

    Purchased a car device on the 12th I think it was of this month. They refuse to allow me to do a return because the product doesnt work. They refuse everytime I try continously saying no drawing me closer and closer to the unable to return date so they can keep my money and continue to sell fraudulent items

    I bought a device called ********** and since it is not working as expected I asked for a refund but this scammers (they are not a business more like a scam group) keep postponing the refund by asking for videos and then when I send that ask for logs so on and on every communication they wait 3 days so you give up.

    Purchased a product that didnt work as described and have requested a refund three separate times. The timing of my refund request falls within the 30 day return policy that is listed on their website. So far they have refused to refund my money..

    Unit sent to us not even a year ago has died. They are refusing to send a replacement of the updated version which costs less than the version we bought. The unit they sold us had over 12 hardware and software issues. They have stopped responding after sending back their unit overnight to ********** from **. We will contact the attorney general and other agencies they are thiefs !

    I purchased OttoAibox P3 CarPlay AI Box for $339.99 on 9/27/2023. The item was delivered on 10/14/2023. I promptly requested a return as I actually ended up selling the car i had intended to use this device with, and I currently would not be able to use this item at all. I had many emails with their customer support, they had suggested that i take a partial refund and keep the item. After I refused they told me I would have to pay return shipping which I agreed to, and after that, they told me that i would have to pay a restocking fee, which i did not agree to. There was a 30-day guarantee listed on the item page at the time of purchase that does not indicate any of these terms, and does not indicate that there are more terms or details elsewhere. These were the only terms i could see at the time of purchase, and was comfortable with them. They have since sent me additional terms that indicate this is there policy, but i was not aware of this at the time of purchase, and based on the terms listed on the item page, i was certain there would be no restocking fee as none was indicated.
