    Ordered a product. Installed and discovered it was defective. 3 weeks of troubleshooting and they finally agree its defective. ******************************** new unit. Service is garbage which is slightly better than their product.

    I think this company is scaming I place an order , never receive my order it's been month and some days now I've been asking for refund they will not issue my refund

    On 3/14/24 I purchased the Ottocast Mx and when I received the product I hooked it up and it didnt meet my standard, so with that said I requested a refund and Ive been getting the run around, then they said because theres nothing wrong with the product that they would charge me a 35 dollar restocking fee and I agreed, but its been close to a month now and have not heard from them, I emailed them twice more and they have not responded back to me anymore. So sad cause Ive recommend other people to them before this purchase.

    Its a scam . I bought a product for ****** does nothing as described, I emailed them they said sometijg to the effect that didnt make any sense. I explain to them that theyre false advertising this product. Its not what it says is for and can I have my money back they have 30 day returns policy ,I wrote them on the third day just to see how I can make it work but it just does not work . theyre not replying to me and they wont let you leave a review never seen a company that doesnt let you leave a review. So that means the reviews are fake . Its all a scam

    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF! I've been trying to return a product for weeks now and they intentionally stall, blame the consumer and refuse to issue a refund. Their own refund policy is also ridiculous. I would never do business with this company ever again!

    I thought I was purchasing a good item and after it was paid for the company just says it was delivered to my address with a so call tracking but yet I never received the item in question when I complained they just said for me to go look around the neighborhood maybe it was dropped off to one of my neighbors
