    I have lots of bad experiences with this place first they have tried to take my keys and say they were lost and after fighting with them they were suddenly found another occasion i was talking *** and was very rude and told was gonna be putting in a complaint with The BBB and had said they dont cared and laughed

    My son had his car towed by this company and when we picked it up it's not drivable. Before it was towed it ran perfectly fine. When we left ****** towing the day we picked it up, the alignment was messed up soo bad the tire was smoking and tire blew out. It is now NOT drivable. I spoke to the manager **** who at 1st stated they would pay for the damages and then later he said they wouldn't. That the car broke driving out of his facility. Which is ridiculous because car was driven around the corner when the tire blew. He now will not answer my calls or emails. The fees are also ridicoulous and way too high

    This place is horrible! They take advantage of people who have had their car damaged in an wreck. Their storage fees are way to high! There is no way it should cost over a thousand dollars in storage fees a month! Then when you pay they charge a 3% fee for using a credit card! Their merchant fees are a cost of doing business and should nto be passed on to customers!
